TRY DRY: The Dry January app

The easy tracking in units is helping me be realistic about my drinking. The statistics show patterns, and incentivizes me to moderate to achieve my numeric goals.

Using the app to reduce how much I drink. It’s been essential to my journey and has illuminated a lot. The only thing I would beg as a change is having the option for the week to start on Sunday instead of Monday. Other than that, which is arguably a small “complaint,” I love it. It’s inclusive of people at any point in their journey/relationship with alcohol, from being/going sober to maintaining/reducing consumption to just tracking for trackings sake. It’s wonderful <3

I really like this app, except for one thing. I’ve successfully completed 2 goals I’ve set, but the app isn’t registering/showing when I’ve completed a goal. This is really annoying and I don’t know how to contact customer service. Please help!

I stumbled across this app, omg , I’m positive for sure I would not be able to do dry Jan without it. I wake up everyday ready to read the wonderful blogs and information about alcohol. Knowledge is power to me. This has really made me open my eyes to what is happening to my body when I consume too much alcohol. I’ve been concerned my drinking was more than I wanted. I saw this app recommended in an article so I thought I’d give it a go. I’ve got a 28 day streak going and plan to get to the 30 day mark. I’ve learned a lot. My drinking seemed to be more habit driven- go out to dinner, 2 glasses of wine. Friday at home, let’s have wine. I was drinking nearly every day. I’m down about 7lbs now, wake with a clear mind, my skin looks better and I feel like I’m back in control. My question- can I still count
