Not updating my uber driver apps please fix this issue

This app is good idea but support completely useless. During registration car this app without any of your permission will change model. When it is busy it has significant connectivity issues and good luck to you that time. And some rules is wired for example reservation rides ability - some drivers has dozens of it some 0. And it not relate to score.

Please treat your drivers like they are human beings, with flesh and bones like you are at the corporate center. Stop the $4 request. It takes a long time to accumulate with $4 rides. The minimum pay for a ride that one should expect is at least $10. Anything less than $10, amount to nothing more than cruelty. please pass this review on to Uber’s CEO.
