I love this app I been driving for 4 years and this app is just getting better and better every day thank you Uber so much

Uber is a good way of earning a decent side income. The only issue with this app is connection. I understand that it’s the Wi-Fi towers in different zone zip code area. Sometimes our smartphones devices needs to sync in a certain zone area. If you choose to stop Complaining and be grateful, everything gets easier. plan your goals daily. Ponder on that.

Be nice if the app, when in the background, would make a noise when a rode request comes in. The Lyft app does and it is annoying to have to keep the Uber app on top or keep my eyes on the screen if I am in between rides.

Money is cool but, that Uber eats pro kinda rigged. They don’t actually help you even if you do get diamond. You supposedly supposed to get free roadside assistance but, how am I suppose to do that if y’all 3rd party website isn’t working and then the customer support can’t even help you. Kinda sad

Not sure why I have to suffer because of an app glitch. I make an effort to accept every ride. The first time I had to cancel the order because a fast food worker told me someone else picked it up. The second time was definitively an error in the app. I tried to tap accept and it wasn’t registering. After I installed the latest update, the glitches were resolved. Can Uber please fix this?

For developers: 1. When grocery shopping it won’t allow you to substitute items even if they are the same price or lower- it always just says the customer expects to pay less. 2. If you spend the time to drive to a store and it ends up being closed, we really should be getting payed for that just like doordash.

Can we have the option to turn Walmart orders off? Please? I hate Walmart orders because they take way too long.

Its ok I’ve recently came with a problem that i cant see what hots are busy i have deleted the app logged out and still same issue even. The support team doesnt know what to do

I love Uber and it is a great way to make money. I just wish you could get your tips right after each delivery. Uber does pay you right after taking the delivery but you don’t get your tip for each order for up to one hour, sometimes longer then 1hour for you to receive your money on the tip for each order.

I am very adamant on my quest picks. I don't need you reminding me day after day after day to pick my quest when I already chose it the first day. I don't need the reminders. Before they were annoying...now it's just getting ridiculous.

Uber already lowered the rates for drivers to stay competitive with Lyft. The service and booking fees needs to be lowered. That’s extremely high.

The title says it all. I made a support ticket and they said it’s nothing wrong with my account but I still haven’t been getting requests. I don’t know what this is about. I used to get trips all the time but I have no idea what happened to make me not get any.

I really love the fact that the gps is more accurate. I would like to see something different with the thumbs up and down, it would be nice to be able to add a compliment on the thumbs up and maybe a complaint to the thumbs down.

hi please make a option to take trip radar off . they are always low orders that no drivers are going to take .

Use the word “please” instead of “you may not” and treat your drivers with some dignity instead of being a condescending jerk.

When setting a destination should have option to via local route or fastest route. Hard to get trips when driving 70MPH on a freeway. Going local affords more opportunities.

Look ubers gives great pay and bonuses MY DIRECT DEPOSIT DOESNT WORK. Hasnt been for 2 months smh. I have navy federal. So idk what the issue is

Somehow workout something with Apple to integrate Uber maps into Apple advices. That way, us drivers could have turn by turn directions from our watch.

This app constantly backs me out of the things that I’m doing like texting a customer. Then I have to rewrite the entire text. Very annoying

Isn’t updates suppose to make things work better? After I tap on the airport to see queue and flight arrival, I can’t tap on the X to close it. The only option is to close the app completely. Please fix this!

Esta app me encanta. Y ser Uber driver más todavía. Excelentes ganancias, manejo total de tu tiempo e ingresos. Me parece genial.

Cannot make a phone call from your app it’s been almost a year and you have still have not fixed it

Well I definitely have a much better experience with the Uber driver support than I ever had with InstaCart driver support...

The tip system is very delayed wish it’s gets better when you complete a delivery

It’s a great way to make money but I do have one issue. My girlfriend does this and she has quests and I do not. I would like to see if their a way to get quests. We live together and we are in the same area.

The problem was just fixed the preferences are no longer stuck update your apps immediately and they will work and you can get back on the road. Thank you Uber Support 11/12/21

Can you please allow CarPlay capability to reduce distraction and create a hand free zone.

Location pin points have been way off on numerous deliveries and have had to relay on customer to find drop offs. ID scanner has yet to accurately scan IDs, still had to enter manually.

I wish the app had a feature to show when demands were busy for food or drives. Maps and navigation are not the best. Wish navigation was compatible with apple.

Id like to see the option of increasing font size on uber map, and the option to utilize apple maps which has become actually very appealing and more accurate than either google or waze.

Apparently there’s a difference in the app between iPhone users and android users. For the latter, you can request a “fare review” without having to call in but the App Store version can’t. Please fix this!!

La aplicación es buena pero si no eres Uber diamante nunca esperes un ride en el aéreopuerto pues llegas a esperar 3 y 4 horas y nada mientras los Uber diamantes q llegan se van de una y te lo restriegan en la cara

Most of the time set destination doesn’t work And in case of route don’t navigate the shortest route

Con esta nueva actualización se cierra la aplicación sola , por lo demás todo funciona muy bien
