The e-commerce site is very buggy. The app works a little better, but it still gets stuck when using on safari. navigation is too hard if I just want to look for pants it’s impossible to look for.

Maybe look at other shopping apps and copy what they do.
If a pic has multiple products, maybe include links for those.
If I search by size, maybe only show stuff in that size.
Stop asking me to reset my password every time I shop.
If I see an ad on Facebook and click—then click “open in browser”—it should open the app.
Please stop making shopping way harder than it should be.

I have a friend who would only buy the most expensive custom shirts because he demands the highest materials, precision designs and workmanship in his dress shirts. He switched to Uniqlo after careful inspection and being extremely pleased with the quality of the Uniqlo shirts that he tried.
