Very easy to navigate app!

First time trying the app, and I like how easy it is to navigate through the pages!

Excellent

App is convenient to use and user friendly. Just about everything is easily done in the app. Ordering tracking and leaving reviews.

Airism Shirts

The Airism shirt line is a superb OOTD . Simple, classiic yet always makes a fashion statement. This line is my family's go to , comfortable , versatile shirts best paired with any jeans or joggers. Thank you Uniqlo... our favorite life wear MUST HAVE! ❤️

Convenient and quick

I like the app because I can place an order and then pick it up inside the store. It makes it very convenient. Of course I still like to go to the store and look around in person to see and feel the fabrics. See what’s new, what’s available? See if any items are on a really nice sale price, That’s always fun.

Shipping

The experience of shopping online would be soo much better if Uniqlo switches to a different shipping partner than FedEx. FedEx is so slow in moving packages and given that minimum free shipping is 100$, we expect to have a better delivery experience. My package the last few times from Uniqlo gets loaded on a FedEx truck or gets soo close to my house and then takes 2-3 days to be delivered by FedEx. It’s honestly annoying.

Excellent materials, designs, and workmanship

I have a friend who would only buy the most expensive custom shirts because he demands the highest materials, precision designs and workmanship in his dress shirts. He switched to Uniqlo after careful inspection and being extremely pleased with the quality of the Uniqlo shirts that he tried. I never purchased the expensive custom shirts that he would buy, but I would previously only buy designer brands on sale, but have realized that the material, designs and workmanship of my Uniqlo shirts ar

App is cool, hard to navigate

I think the concept is cool to let you shop for looks but sometimes I just want to see all the shirts. Today for example, I was looking for comfy summer shirts and only found one option in the looks. If there is a way to shop all the items in one category, it doesn’t seem to be easily accessible.

Checkout Took Glitched

It took me restarting the app to checkout. To get recommended size, as well, kept getting a gray screen there.

Best Clothing Ever

While I was in the Navy and on a deployment to Korea I found my favorite, most comfortable clothing line and I have never looked back! While I was there I loaded up… not realizing that they do have stores all over the world and that it wasn’t really a brand based strictly out of Korea… it was just that it was the first place I had seen it. As I digress, I’m glad I am able to order online because the closest store is Disney Springs… and I try to stay away from there. So thank you!!! UNIQLO you ha

Love the options

The heat tech for skiing has different heat protection in thickness of fabrics and styles. Been buying warm underwear for 48 years and Uniqlo’s are the best and so easy to layer over!! The clothing is patterned for great fit and being petite and XXS OR XS, I can get my size in clothing of many styles!!!! Thank you uniqlo!!!

Love it!

I love Uniqlo clothing style and quality but I do not have one near me, I use the app and it works great! My only issue is that returns are not as easy but thankfully the measurements guides are pretty accurate.

Process takes too long.

After making an order on the app, pickup in store takes too long. Why do I need to wait 5 PLUS days to pickup two pairs of socks?

Password issue

Reset password many times but still not working, can’t log in, Uniqlo technician should fix the system. Thanks

Poor quality app

Shirt - Casual shirts. Try to scroll. Super slow and eventually hangs. Bugs like that were common 10 years ago, but now? What a joke. iPhone 15

Too hard

The e-commerce site is very buggy. The app works a little better, but it still gets stuck when using on safari. navigation is too hard if I just want to look for pants it’s impossible to look for.

Hard to use

If I filter for items in-stock online, why are half the items I see completely out-of-stock? Very tedious app to use.

Great products—annoying app

Recently updated, still the worst. Navigation is overly complicated. Maybe look at other shopping apps and copy what they do. If a pic has multiple products, maybe include links for those. If I search by size, maybe only show stuff in that size. Stop asking me to reset my password every time I shop. If I see an ad on Facebook and click—then click “open in browser”—it should open the app. Please stop making shopping way harder than it should be.

Frustrating to sort by what you’re looking for

While aesthetically pleasing I don’t like that I cannot click on the category of clothes I want to browse from the launch page.

Outdated payment experience

Manual entry on everything. Like it’s 2015.
