Overall, I enjoyed this game. Most of the steps in solving each puzzle made sense. A few seemed totally random, but it was better than many other games in the genre. My biggest gripe was the background noise. There was the constant sound of fans whirring, tv static, alarms blaring, etc. I understand having some noise for ambiance, but it seems like the developers picked the most grating and annoying sounds possible and left them on constantly. I absolutely love these Glitch games. I enjoyed this one a lot though by the 8th and 9th chapters I really needed the online game guide or I wouldn’t have made it through. More solutions in the hints would be helpful but otherwise another fantastic game.

I enjoy Glitch games, by and large. But there’s an unfortunate tendency of being placed in an uncomfortable situation and the designers trying to heighten the immersion by including noises and effects that make the experience of playing the game itself annoying. And there’s really no difference between cruelly subjected a prisoner to sonic torture and simulating sonic torture. The simulation is just as maddening.

Glitch games never fails to deliver, and this one is no exception. Telling a complex story along with offering a difficult challenge while still remaining doable is something you don’t see much of these days.

I am a big fan of these types of puzzle games and I expect a lot. The Glitch games are almost on par with Rusty Lake which I love. The puzzles are challenging without being impossible. I had to use a clue on a couple of places where I was stuck because the particular puzzle just didn’t make sense, but it was only twice. There was plenty of game time for the price. I was not disappointed and will buy more if they keep putting these out.
