★★★☆☆Many bugs
The app crashed after payment and before connecting the ticket to my iphone. It doesn’t support the iPhone prefilled fields either which makes it painful to use and prone to errors.

I was able to purchase a single ticket without an account on my iPhone. I received the emailed receipt. My iPhone Wallet says I have a ticket but nothing appears when I try an open the ticket.
Thankfully the bus driver didn’t insist on a pass. Hopefully the subway system has an independent ticketing system.

Great app. Very easy to use. Love that it picks up on my device language and there are translations for 90% of the content. Giving 4 stars because the app launches the website quite a bit, and the mobile site lacks the language detection functionality.
Looking forward to a seamless CX in future releases.
