The app crashed after payment and before connecting the ticket to my iphone. It doesn’t support the iPhone prefilled fields either which makes it painful to use and prone to errors.

I was able to purchase a single ticket without an account on my iPhone. I received the emailed receipt. My iPhone Wallet says I have a ticket but nothing appears when I try an open the ticket. Thankfully the bus driver didn’t insist on a pass. Hopefully the subway system has an independent ticketing system.

Amazing 10/10. If you plan on using the metro in Paris, download this app!

Great app. Very easy to use. Love that it picks up on my device language and there are translations for 90% of the content. Giving 4 stars because the app launches the website quite a bit, and the mobile site lacks the language detection functionality. Looking forward to a seamless CX in future releases.

Utilisation facile

It will be great when you can purchase tickets via iphone

The app needs to tell users where to buy tickets. For example, if they may or load onto navigo or purchase paper tickets that should be indicated, preferebly even showing station maps where macchines or ticket counters are located. And if navigo load is possible, app should direct through order flow to allow purchase through NFC on mobile phone. This app is a start but there's so much more than needs to be done to allow more frictionless travel in île de France.

Enfin la possibilité tant attendue de recharger un navigo de son téléphone ! Révolutionnaire !

Quick and easy to use. The app always gives you alternative routes for you to choose. A must-have if you prefer using public transport.

La nouvelle mise à jour a changé la donne ! Je conseille fortement cette appli pour connaître l’info traffic du métro / tram . Simple et fluide à utiliser et d’une utilité remarquable !

Complètement inutile, impossible de recharger un pass Navigo sur iPhone.
