The app is hard to navigate through all the ads they pushed to sell your wine. On top of that, the app hangs all the time it has to be closed out.

The wine adventures are terrific too (though we wish they’d come out with more). It’s worth your time. We’ve spent years with it.

No phone calls for Customer Support? This is a terrible idea. I have an order issue and want immediate response to my issue. Now I just sit and wait on Vivino to respond at their leisure? Unacceptable.
