Vivino: Buy the Right Wine App Reviews

Very useful app for finding about average bottle prices and reviews. Also useful for keeping track of my wine cellar and reviews of wines.

Scanning for just the right bottle that fits my preferences is as smooth as taking a photo. The results are very reliable. I trust Vivino!!

I love this app because it helps me rank and wishlist all of the great selection of dry reds and dry whites.

Sadly, The paid version stole all the primary functions that I enjoyed about Vivino! I’m not sure that I will continue to use it since they now force you to pay for seeing things like my wine regions and wine types I previously drank.

Great information, I don’t purchase a bottle without using the app! Use to keep track of what I’ve had.

Too bad that we made them popular and now we are being charged for what once was free.

Fantastic App. If you’re a casual wine drinker or an expert, you need this app. It is extremely easy to use and it always has your wine on file. Simply take a picture of the label and voila! Instant reviews, star ratings, all the information of the vineyard, food pairings, everything. It also keeps track of what wines you’ve scanned. You can also order wine from this app. That’s only the beginning. There’s tons of things on this app I haven’t even explored yet! I love this app!

My wife and I are enthusiasts…which is to say we know a bit, drink a lot of wine and have for years. Hands down vivino is the top wine app for scanning, selection and reviews. The wine adventures are terrific too (though we wish they’d come out with more). It’s worth your time. We’ve spent years with it.

This is a great App, I love using it! It would be great if it had an option to see what wines you’ve had in your cellar after they have been deleted, so you can keep track of your purchased wines!

Once you have rated a few wines, you can scan the restaurant wine menu and it tells you what you might like - the more u rate the more accurate. I don't work for them by the way!

This is a really fun and informative app to have. I love looking up wine, reading comments and generally fooling around with it. Gives you quick insight on a bottle of wine your looking for info on, comparative bottles and price points. Highly recommend you give it a go!

My go-to source of information when wine shopping.

This is a phenomenal app for wine lovers of all levels! It’s great for discovering new wines that match your preferences. I always have the app open at the store while looking for a new wine to try. We also love playing wine tasting games with friends where people guess the wine characteristics and tasting notes!

Use the app to track wines I drink in SE Asia and amazing to see how many they can find. Super for record keeping.

I loved this app but for some reason when I try to change. My review the whole review I had disappeared. Trying to write a review and have it deleted is annoying.

App includes various features like suggested pairings, top wines, wines near me etc… none seem to work at all. Too bad if they did work, app would not only be an encyclopedia it would become the wine bible.

I really like this app. The reviews and ratings are mostly spot-on (with many bottles purchased, only a few disappointments). This is and will continue to be my primary source for (… or is it „of“) wine purchases.

Great when traveling, especially to other countries.

This app does a good job of rating wines. I often use it to order at restaurants and mostly agree with the ratings. It is a good place to find new wines.

I loved the app, would give five stars in the past. But the experience of recent use is bad. It stops showing price of the wine. I don’t know if I have to pay to see it, but I won’t try to figure it out. Uninstall is the easy option.

It rarely works it often give an error that it cannot connect to the server or does not work at the moment

The app is hard to navigate through all the ads they pushed to sell your wine. On top of that, the app hangs all the time it has to be closed out.

No phone calls for Customer Support? This is a terrible idea. I have an order issue and want immediate response to my issue. Now I just sit and wait on Vivino to respond at their leisure? Unacceptable.

Used to love this app now overrun with annoying ads.

If you are going to deliver an earlier day than your expected date you should contact the customer, otherwise how about letting the customer select a ship date time frame . My wine will now sit in the fedex truck, hopefully it will not be spoiled.

Dear Customer Service: I have placed 66 orders on Vivino, but this will be my last order, and I will cancel my Premium membership. World of Wine is now out of stock of the correct wine; do mine de la Janasse, Chateauneuf du Pape, Cuvée Chaupin. This is not right at all. World of Wine does not even have a telephone number, and there is no longer a way to call Vivino. Is that what they call “premium” membership? No chat help on the weekend? Goodbye.

I love the app. But the new sreal your screen ads are horrendous. And I'd pay to subscribe but $5 a month! Wow. This needs to be about $2 a month.
