Just bought the app against the reviews that it keeps crashing. Guess what it does. I clicked on the first test recording, i made, in the app to open and it crashed. I can’t even find the transcription option anywhere. You click on support in the app and guess what the app crashes. So you cannot log a report or support !!
Great support received from Marcel. I was advised to upgrade from IOS 13.1.1 to 13.2.2. I did the upgrade and now the app works perfectly. Changing my rating ! Thanks Marcel
