Crashing App

Just bought the app against the reviews that it keeps crashing. Guess what it does. I clicked on the first test recording, i made, in the app to open and it crashed. I can’t even find the transcription option anywhere. You click on support in the app and guess what the app crashes. So you cannot log a report or support !! Great support received from Marcel. I was advised to upgrade from IOS 13.1.1 to 13.2.2. I did the upgrade and now the app works perfectly. Changing my rating ! Thanks Marcel

Background noise

Doesn’t have option to block out background noise and isn’t accurate. But works as a recorder

Unable to download recording to my iPad from Apple watch ?? Or transfer from my iphone to iPad. My phone is full of recording no space left trying to down load them to my iPad

Not playing recordings

I like the product’s easy to use mode but I recored few things and some play but other don’t. It shows like 3 minutes but does not play anything. Also, After I listen to certain important recordings, it will not play ever again. It would be very bad if those recordings are requested for a legal case and they are gone. Please can you help with this?
