The walkers on this app have been great. The wag app has a policy to cancel with a walker if they are going to arrive late and find another person to walk instead. The walker I scheduled with would have just shown up late and my pup still would have been walked. Instead no one showed up and my pup went a full 12 hours without any way to use the restroom.

The rating popup is incredibly annoying. I’m now multiple walks behind in rating and cannot see the report card of the latest walk. Rating should not be mandatory. The requirement is such an awful part of this app and it has been an issue for YEARS. You have me as a customer because of the on demand nature of the service, but if there was another option, I’d absolutely try them because of how awful the app is. Please fix this.
