I have had Allana house sit and care for my babies. Shes a fantastic dogbwalker, so reliable and very caring.

Amazing and super responsive! I have a big dog that can be a lot and she was incredible with him. I could tell he had a good time and he wasn’t stressed out.

I can’t say enough great things about Lisa J. She is amazing in the pet care she gives and treats every animal as if they were her own. She is extremely knowledgeable, honest and dependable. I would never worry about any dog that is left in Lisa‘s care.

Several months ago I ordered walking for Dahlia and Merlin. I was very satisfied with the service. My granddaughter returned home and took on the job of walking the dogs so we no longer needed the service. Then I started receiving a monthly fee. I have searched your website looking for a way to cancel or call you. There is nothing. Please remove the monthly fee as I am no longer using your services. There was nothing posted that this was a subscription service.

Fernando is available and ready to go when needed. Fernando is definitely a dog whisperer and knows how to properly treat any dog!

We had amazing care from our dog sitter Emily. Our older dog takes a lot of care and she followed directions to t. We would rate highly Emily and also WAG. We were a bit nervous to leave our furry girl but Emily sent lots of pictures and the communication was excellent reassuring us our girl was fine A 5 star for sure!!

5 stars for our sitter -1 star for the all not having 24/7 customer service or a number that can you can call!

Idk when the app started glitching but for the last few weeks I can’t read the after walk report because the stars to rate the walker block it. I click the stars to rate and then it switches screens to leave a review for walker. Please fix this wag! I like to read what they say about my pup.

I’m both a walker and a customer. This service is hit or miss. Fortunately, WAG has always responded to negligence of 2 walkers I encountered. I have cameras and you should too! I am also not afraid of being on camera when I walk dogs or dog sit. I have nothing to hide and I do this work because I love to help and it’s a little extra income. Now, the percentage the walkers take home is atrocious! The sitting all day for $25 for a dog who needs to go out multiple times a day is not OK! Wag, you n

I used to sometimes have problems where I’d book a walk and then it just wouldn’t go through, but that hasn’t happened for a very long time now. I love using Wag for last minute requests and I’ll be using it for the foreseeable future :-)

Sticks to what you want, very thorough, great communication, and really great with my pups. They love her!

I love the Wag service, but the app itself is really buggy. Often, I can’t message the walker. It also doesn’t let me select my caregiver even though that’s the option I choose when scheduling a walk. More often than not, the app will just assign me one. I’ve also had walkers tell me they had trouble contacting me through the in-app messaging system. The service is great—but it’s be a whole lot better if they fixed their app.

The app itself isn’t so bad. Just one suggestion, somewhere in the app you should have capability to buy new Wag tags. My first dog has a Wag! tag and he is two years older than my newest dog and I’m having a hard time trying to find a Wag tag. It’s almost like they don’t exist anymore. I would really like to get one for my new dog so I can have all information under one app. I just think it’s a little ridiculous. You can’t even purchase this through the app.

Great app! I’ve had some trust worthy pet walkers and they always go above and beyond for my dog. I don’t know what they did but my dogs great on walks now. Love how convenient it is, I just book my preferred dog walker and he comes and takes my dog if I have longer days at work. Very happy!

I walk and sit dogs on wag. It’s really fun a great side hustle. Although every once and a while I will request a walk. Then I will refresh and it won’t be there anymore nor do I get a notification saying I’ve been excepted and miss the appointment. That lowers my score and makes it harder to get walks. So always double check!!! Otherwise 10/10 amazing.

Kylie loves dogs and it shows! She is conscious of not leaving your dog alone for too long and likes to feed them the same time as you do. She’ll play inside with your dog and cuddle. She is sure they get their exercise too and may even jog along with them. You can vacation rest assured when Kylie is your dog’s temporary best friend ❤️

I’ve been using wag for the last four years ,my current walker is wonderful she is always on time my dogs love her. They are always excited to see her when she comes and completely tired out by the time they get home.This service has been very helpful to me as I have two large dogs in need exercise I’m in my 60s, this makes it much easier for me to make sure my dogs are exercise properly.

Laural is dependable, Honest, and very good with dogs and pets. I recommend her to anybody who wants their favorite dog walked.

This was Oliver’s first experience with a dog walking service! At first he was a bit shy but he warmed up quickly and had a great time! I highly recommend Wag! Love their report card and pics!

Excellent and caring walkers.

Unfortunately there’s no way to turn off advertising/marketing push notifications while keeping the notifications about your walks. So be prepared for near daily ads pushed to your phone as soon as you install this app. Why can’t you choose which notifications to receive?

Lynda took care of my 17 year old Westie who is blind in one eye and hard of hearing. She did an excellent job. She came when she was suppose too and I can tell the way he was when I came home she was patient with him. I will use her definately again

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this service! I’ve been using WAGS for about 5 years now. I have no complaints. I have also used them in 2 states. Wonderful walkers and easy to book!

Im using Wag for the first time to board my pet. The app wouldn’t allow me to chat with a caregiver or at least show the approximate area the caregiver lived in without confirming a booking. I didn’t know that because you can chat with the caregiver on other apps beforehand. Anyway, i ended up having to cancel the booking after chatting for a few minutes and i got charged $99 per their cancellation fee (within 5 min of booking). Anyway, Wag didn’t do anything wrong, but i don’t think it’s right

I gave up. Every time I tried to enter my address and move on, my info disappeared
