★★★★☆Amazing but glitches.
I’ve used this app for work for 3 years and I love it but there are times where I get stuck in the loading screen or shifts don’t show up for a few hours after I’ve been told they’re added. It also does this thing where it won’t let me log in and I have to delete the entire app then download it back and then it works for another few months. It is amazing but sometimes just a bit of a pain

The app was great. No hiccups or anything. Lately- I can’t login. Weird unknown errors pop up. Face ID doesnt work. Just horrible but I need it for work unfortunately

My location on my iPhone is accurate but on the app it’s always a struggle to get it to connect. Very frustrating when you need it to clock in and out!

The app itself could be great. The interface, usability and platform are designed well but there have been numerous issues involving software bugs as of late. The app crashes or restarts often when trying to log in. It will get stuck loading or never load at all. It has problems with location accuracy as well, not as often as the other problems but still an issue.

On the App, Before, we could go back on our calendar to 1 or 2 year of history and look at our when / where we did our shifts with clients and now it only allows us to look back 3 months only.
