On the App, Before, we could go back on our calendar to 1 or 2 year of history and look at our when / where we did our shifts with clients and now it only allows us to look back 3 months only.

How do you log in as a new user? It keep saying my email is invalid

Well.

When working with Ben with great service app lags and is beyond slow. If you are working a later shift than usual it will go to next day not the one your currently in. The app takes forever to allow to sign in and load. Some days it won’t even show you the calendar at all to see your shifts. It needs work that’s for sure!

I enjoy working with this app as a caregiver and an administrator. It’s easy to use and keeps everything organized

Inconsistent

This app is good — when it works. Unfortunately, we’ve had a lot of problems with it. I hold my breath when trying to clock into my shifts. The problems occur all too frequently. I have one client who lives in a group home. The app never lets me sign in because it tells me I’m 300 meters away, even when I’m standing inside the house, so I have to call the office to complete the sign-in. This app is far from perfect.

Great app but still has problems working at times

Been using the app for a year and it is super simple and helpful for managing my shifts and my patients. Unfortunately this last week I can’t seem to get my information pulled up after I log in, just nothing there.?! Maybe it needs another update!!!!

Error Messages

I kept having error messages and I couldn’t login. First time was not that much of a hassle, the second time became a annoying, third and fourth times were no longer amusing.

i like the app real nice

Works great

It keeps my schedule for my job perfectly. Every once in awhile I have to uninstall it and reinstall because it glitches but other than that it’s easy to use.

Request Unavailability

Using this App since I started working with my agency. Begin to like it but get me annoyed for the request unavailability tab. Everytime I’m about to submit a request for my unavailability the Submit button will goes all the way up! That will covered by the Request Unavailability option. So, I cannot click it anymore because it was covered already. Hope you can do some more updates!

I love this better than paper that’s for sure! Plus the gps system is awesome too

A little unnecessary

I think it’s a little unnecessary to put a password into my own phone to get my own work schedule. Oh how much easier it would be to just have access to it without having to go and get my glasses. Have a nice day respectfully, Patricia Bassett.

Spinner

Lately, I’ve had issues clocking in and at times clicking out. Connecting just spins and spins. Then once your in it takes up to a minute or two to finish. Annoying since we have to use it.

Works well

I like the format of the app, the only thing I wish it had was a way for caregivers to communicate within the app. Yes you can leave notes for the next caregiver, but for those of us on a 3o on 4 off shift there isn’t anyway for us to know how the client was while we were off and it would be nice to be able to communicate within the app with the other care givers. It would also be nice to be able to go back through caregivers notes on clients for previous days.

I fully agree with the August 24 review and it has been about six months since they wrote it.

Having issues

Normally is a very good app, but have been getting issues and can’t use the app or see shifts etc. please fix soon!!

Clock in

This app is nice to have, when it works. Half the time I can clock in but not clock out. Very inconvenient to have to call the office to clock in or out.

Location accuracy….

How can I not clock in while I’m sitting in the client’s home?

I can’t clock in or out sitting at a clients house or when I leave. It’s frustrating
