I used to use the Wendy’s app regularly because I could use my points on delivery orders. They’ve now taken that away and changed the interface to match DoorDash, taking away a lot of customization options that the old app had, basically making the Wendy’s app obsolete for people like me that work from home and only order delivery. Taking away the rewards for delivery is a pretty huge misstep in my opinion.
