As with many fast food chains, sauces come at an additional charge. Add them to the app.
Everything worked as advertised. I placed my first order online and everything went smoothly.

The team is so fast, positive & upbeat. I love that they say see you for lunch if I go for breakfast & see you tomorrow when I go for lunch. They make me want to go again & again.

When it works, it’s great. Easy to order from and use rewards. The problem I have is not everything make it to the cart. When it works right, it’s awesome. When it doesn’t, it’s very frustrating.
Worked great and looked good. Now looks cheap and is always frozen updated 3 times since still won’t work.

usually it is decent. but the past few days i make an order and cannot view my order status at all, only a loading screen. the order will go through but if its a delivery i have no clue when it will arrive. hope this is fixed soon
I really think the app could be great with the way it encourages you to head to Wendy’s for pretty great deals, but the app is constantly having trouble placing the actual order and allowing you to change your phone.
This app is good because you can order what’s on the menu but I can’t even make an order because the app coding it so dumb and slow and never lets me order anything
None of my apple pay payment worked while they worked when I entered it manually or use it later on a different platform or in-store.
The app is getting better. The ability to save customized favorites with a personal name is very nice. Some Information (like drink ounces) is not available in any area, even the nutrition information area.
Best fast food breakfast in town
The only thing this app is missing is a tab to adjust the amount of ice that is wanted. It’s an inconvenience having to ask employees to redo the drink orders or trying to catch them before they pour them.
This app works great, but I’m giving it four stars because you can’t modify drinks. I don’t do ice in my drinks, so I can’t do curbside because there’s no way to tell them “No ice.” Other than that, no complaints!
I’m trying to order food on this app, but it won’t let me login and the app is so slow. Please help me fix this.
By far the worst app I have ever used to order food every time I try to order something there are technical difficulties and they continues to buffer and does not let me check outPlease fix it
Needs an option to customize drinks to have no ice. I know that seems minor, but I will never use the app because of that.

Im giving Wendy’s a 5 star review because they have the best spicy nuggets and fry’s they are guiding me with their app for how they help me how to do this new app I’m gonna use because they have good foods

It would be nice if they accept Apple pay to check out rather than entering the cvv number everytime
Every time I select “find your Wendy’s” it crashes
Overall, I've been pretty satisfied using the Wendy's app, haven't had any major issues. Only thing I think needs improvement would he a bit more in terms of customization options, in my case, an option to ask for no ice in drinks.
All I need to this app is Apple Pay please and thank you.
Since the last update the app keeps tracking my location even when I’m not using the app and I have the setting only allow tracking when using app turned on. I have to manually close the app by swiping up for it to stop tracking me.
Pretty much every time I try to use my reward points on something, or use an offer on something in my order, it just doesn’t go through while still taking my points. Completely defeats the purpose of me using the app.
Why is the food so expensive, 2 combos and it comes out to 25 dollars. Fam, I can get 2 mc chicken and some fries lower than 5 dollars. Wendy’s Is great, BUT, please lower the price, man don’t got money to splash it like that init. Thank you
The app requires notifications to be turned on to receive alerts about your order. That’s fine. But then the developer uses the notifications to deliver daily ads and promos.
