Ordered food on this app at night, it's been three hours and the food never came but says it was picked up. There is an option to cancel if the delivery doesn't come within a certain time (which was 1 hours for my restaurant so my delivery time was WELL over) but when i contacted support team, they had the audacity to tell me to keep waiting because it was "almost there". Delivery was fast and in 15 minutes but the meal!? Not Good! Don't ever order from the Yemek app in Lefkosia North Cyprus, they overcharge 535tl and deliver a burger with no cheese or other toppings after they provide the options online and also no fries, better go to the dine-in, it's cheaper there 450tl and has better food.
