Ordered food on this app at night, it's been three hours and the food never came but says it was picked up. There is an option to cancel if the delivery doesn't come within a certain time (which was 1 hours for my restaurant so my delivery time was WELL over) but when i contacted support team, they had the audacity to tell me to keep waiting because it was "almost there". 2 kere yemek sipariş ettim 1.siparişimdeki kurye gayet ilgiliyken 2.siparişimde gelen kurye adrese bile düzgün bakmamış , pos cihazı çalışmıyordu.

Previously I had reviewed the app as 2 star due to the companies unsatisfactory compensation on food delivery issues. However, after I have submitted the feedback, the app support team (Taylan) had noticed the unsatisfactory resolving of the issue and requested me to contact the app support team through their email address. The support team went beyond to make sure that I get my order, they even called me after I got the order to make sure everything was smooth. As a non-Turkish language speaker, that was very supportive and amazing of them.

You have a great app here and your delivery couriers are fast and friendly. But you’re ruining my attachment and loyalty to your brand with all of these marketing notifications. Uber Eats and DoorDash both have settings that allow users to choose whether they would like to receive marketing notifications in addition to the delivery notifications that are clearly more important to the success of your service experience. Please consider following their example. Thank you.

Very nice workers, extremely friendly delivery drivers and quick for sure, it also takes cash, unlike other competitors. Keep the good work up!

Some tourists have trouble communicating with the app team due to them only speaking turkish

Please change the menu language to english.

The delivery is too slow

The new version is very difficult, disappointing, time consuming and waste of resources by your company. You should reverse it back before you loss a tremendous amount of users just for this single unfriendly user interface.

Delivery was fast and in 15 minutes but the meal!? Not Good! Don't ever order from the Yemek app in Lefkosia North Cyprus, they overcharge 535tl and deliver a burger with no cheese or other toppings after they provide the options online and also no fries, better go to the dine-in, it's cheaper there 450tl and has better food.

they wont accept US numbers.
