It's a wonderful game, but I've been trying to open the "room" section for a little over a month because I can't get into it anymore, and it's a big part of the experience. I have tried changing devices using the same account and I have installed and uninstalled it several times. The problem is that when I click on the room the dog appears and says "loading" but it never charges. I have been watching that "loading" for 45 min. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?
