★★☆☆☆add auto-translation in english at least
I think it is a must need feature which would make even international fans understand what the artist is talking about and so the comments would even be inherent to the topic. if there is a feature that should be added would be that, and I’m pretty sure more fans would even pay for the “pop live” service.
★★★☆☆Need improvements
This is an interesting app to interact with KQ ARTISTS! Ateez and xikers are the first one and I hope to see more, especially gg, in the future.
But it needs improvements like translations in-app especially for live chat and hopefully for live streaming.
I hope the paid services are gonna be reasonable and friendly consumers. The live streaming of the artists should be free or at least should be released on their own YouTube channel later, with the subtitles.

★★☆☆☆Need some changes
It’s not that bad, but as an app mainly used by fandoms it should at least have some kind of translation method or instant translator like any other app in which an idol can interact with their fans.
Also please change the lives settings, it’s absurd that people have to pay for a content that should be free in the first place, you are literally damaging the artists you are trying to support by transforming their contents unavailable and we as fans don’t want that.
