Had my contacts ordered in less than 5 minutes! So easy! The first time I ordered there was a issue on MY end and after they took care of it I still received my contacts in one day!!!!

The experience was amazing, finally technology made for convenience and with accuracy! It was actually fun, GREAT ingenuity! ❤️

The online exam doesn’t not work properly for iPhone 15 phones. I had to delete the app and do it from the online version. Please fix. It was very frustrating when the app would open automatically for links.

I have used this company since 2005. Easy to renew prescription. Super easy to order. Never had a delivery problem. My only complaint is that it started out as $25 and now is $52. $52 for a pack of contacts for 15 days! $1250 a year! Sigh, sadly I’m not going to continue with the co.

Obviously these folks (company) rocks BUT would like to see them sell the different eye color, eye Halloween style contacts as well. There are a lot of people who like to switch up their eye color or eye contacts that coincide with different holidays (Halloween, St. Paddy’s day, etc) as opposed to going to a “no name distributed,” for those types of festive contacts. 1800 get it together, you’re missing out on revenue……

Customer service is so helpful and pleasant. Never any issues with this company. I’ve been doing online eye exams for 4 years through them and as a busy mom it’s so helpful. Amazing company, love them so much.

Best company of any kind that I have ever done business with! Would recommend them to anyone!

On our recent order it errored out, so we tried again and it worked, but it turns out they charged us twice. We immediately chat online with someone and they tell us they will cancel the duplicate order. The order never gets cancelled and they send us a duplicate order that we NEVER approved. We chat again with an online employee and they say we have to return it to get a refund. I tell them it was their mistake and they leave the live chat. Rude and awful customer service.

awful experience w this company. can’t begin to discuss no show orders or orders that i payed for overnight delivery and got 3-4 days later. mo refund for xtra cost incurred for quick delivery. and it goes on…….
