Great app- just wish I didn’t have to log in so often and when I do log in I wish it would do face recognition to make it easier

Wow, this is slick, especially for a “green” traveler to Asia. 12Go makes the travel connections seamless and easy. Essentially tool for me.

Booking train in Laos - easy to use with many options shown.

I get the wheely thing of death everytime I make a booking on my phone. Then I have to shut down my phone & start over. I have an iphone. I like the ability to buy tickets all in one place but . . . The crashing app is a psin. The calendar on the website doesn’t go beyond the month after present.

I love the ability to book a cab using this app, but it’s a one and done app. Meaning you use it once and then it doesn’t work the second time. I’m not an apple.

Great service, easy way to find cheap tickets for buses, trains, flights, and taxis for whenever and wherever I want to go. But the app gives the wheel of death if you switch to a different app and then try to go back to 12Go. You end up having to start all over. Every time. I’m on iPhone.
