When I first heard about this I was very excited to support a small business, especially with such a high quality, almost professional, filter. I immediately bought the premium because it’s so worth it! Wish there was an update but not sure if that’s going to ever happen. All I really want is to be able to scroll through the pictures in the app instead of having to tap on one at a time.

This app is so great. If you’re trying to decide which one you’d rather let take up storage in your phone go with this one. The description rings true- this one IS different. It exactly mimics a real disposable camera and I’m really excited about the option to order prints. I’m also torn because I know that to keep an app running it needs people to use it but this one is so good I almost want to keep it a secret. Almost. I’d give it 6/5 stars.

i am huge fan of 1888 and constantly use it whenever im out with friends to capture moments whatsoever!! however i do have some feedback for the premium setting... when uploading pics from the camera roll, the timestamp shown is the date it was uploaded :o idk if other people agree but i would prefer to have the date the picture had originally? besides that, the app is perfect

I love this app so much, I can’t believe it’s not famous!!! It’s so easy to use and so cute! There’s seriously no bugs or anything! The photos are amazing, I have had this app for a yr and it’s been amazing!! Thank you to the creators 🤍🤪

Creates a realistic film effect, especially wowed in low light. After saving a photo, you have to restart the App or it crashes. Developer is not good at responding.

I really enjoy the app but I have questions before upgrading to premium. Do you pay for it monthly or It’s a one time payment?

This is a great app, really brings me back to using my disposable cameras.

literally the best camera app ever :) you can tell how much the creator worked hard on this and it shows. the colors and time stamps are so beautiful and perfect. I’m so obsessed with it and I use it all the time!!!

Nothing compares to the quality of pictures you can get on this app! Pictures always turn out amazing and the ability to turn the date off and on is useful!

i personally love this app and it works on pretty much all photos and lighting. you can tell the creator (lindsay demeola) put in a lot of work and thought into making this app universal and affordable.

i literally don’t even use the regular camera app anymore. i wish it supported video though just for aesthetic purposes.

only thing i could say is i so wish there was a timer feature because if there was i might as well delete the camera app because when i need a timer is pretty much the only time i use an app other than this.

lindsay and her team did an amazing job. support small developers and teams rather than a huge company with no connection to the art.

when your done with the app close it because if you leave it playing on the background your phone will overheat. (i have an iPhone 8 plus btw)

I’ve tried a lot of apps to get the disposable camera look and this one is by far the best! I bought premium the other day and I love that it’s a one time payment and not a subscription. I would 100% recommend this app!!

i love this app! im trying to use it more and more bc lindsay and her team deserve way more hype for the app. i love being able to use a disposable camera style and download them straight to my camera roll.

When I first got this app I thought oh yay now my photos can look vintage and I loved it but then after awhile It wouldn’t let me take pictures from the back of my camera and I hated that. I tried deleting and reinstalling it but no luck.

I hope to see new filters soon. I thought. What day is it when you think and it’s not right. Please filter the cameras.

i love this app i feel like it actually give that’s disposable camera vibe. my only suggestion is make it so we can choose if we want light leaks or not other than that it’s great!

An amazing app with much more depth and color than Huji. Vintage, throwback style is becoming huge in today’s world, and if you want to hop on the train before it takes off, download this app and start transforming your Instagram aesthetic.

I love this app, but the light leaks are way too big and overpower the picture. I know the app is new and there’s room for improvement though. I hope to see a fix for this in the future. Good job Lindsay.

This app is amazing, there’s literally nothing wrong with it. The ONLY thing I wish is that you could swipe through the photos in your library instead of having to keep clicking on each picture and then clicking out,,

I’ve been following lindsay (the creator) for a while, and she has done something so smart and is gonna blow up one day and I’m so excited for her! This app is amazing!!!!❤️

I LOVE this app so much. one thing I do suggest is being able to rotate the camera. as someone who is left handed they do come out upside down if taken with the left hand. but still use it all the time and love it!!

I loooove this app but I wish there was a way to take videos as well! :)

Love this app! Me and my fiance use it all the time when taking pictures. The effects make it look like a real disposable camera!

I use HUJI cam a lot and it’s great but I love 1888 100 times more. Do yourself a favor and pay the $1 to be able to import photos and develop them. This app is so amazing and the pictures come out great!

The app itself does take really good pictures and the premium isn’t that much money + it unlocks other cool stuff, such as ordering photos from the app. I was really excited to order some photos and as soon as I did it said that there was an error in placing my order and to dm their instagram account, which I did multiple times, and I even contacted them through email and phone calls and not once did they respond but they still charged my card. I would give it 5 stars if this didn’t happen? I made an order to print my photos but it said the order didn’t go through but whoever still took the money out of my account. I want my photos printed and delivered to me or a refund.

This app crashed 14 out of the 15 total times I tried to take a photo and when I did it came out super blurry. Sticking to huji for sure

Compared to Huji; i like that the images arent so high contrast with pink undertones. However, i’m not a fan of the light leaks (maybe an option to not have light leaks?)
