Dishonest about Updates

The app functions quite well and custom-fits programs based on your fitness level at the time you begin. I had been enjoying it and making gains and made the one-time purchase to access the pull-up application. In any case, this morning when I went to train, the app had been updated and I was essentially locked out and forced to pay again to a more expensive plan simply to continue. Despite what I felt was a dishonest move, I considered it, but the update is buggy and won’t even allow me to try

Rip-off!

I tried the app for free, then bought the full feature option. Then they updated it so that you have to subscribe to get the full features. App Store won’t refund since I’ve owned it for 60 days (before the rip-off update), and @zenlabs tells me to go after apple since they cannot help me! Definition of fraud!!!

Pull-ups are hard

I'm learning pretty well with this lovely app.

Challenging

Self explanatory. Eases you into working out more. Simple, easy to use app.

Great app

I use this app to keep me in shape for the army. Makes things simple to follow and allows you to track your progress

Great

Great app for working on pull-ups on a regular basis.

20 pull-ups

Really feel good about this app will improve greatly

Well planned app

Seems very logical and solid in its methods. Pleased with the results.

Very good

I'm still doing negatives, but almost did my first pull up after round 4.

Great app

Currently on a DEP to go into the Marine Corps. I've been out of shape for years, but this app has helped me get my pull-up count higher, getting me closer to meeting my goals!

Friendly app for all level users

App is easy to use and you don't have to start from a strong point. This app gets you from the very beginning to 20 at your pace with daily detailed guidance.

Excellent app!!

Just purchased the app and knocked out 9 pull-ups!! Easy to use with perfect rest cycles!!

Okay, but...

When one pays for the full version without advertisements, one is unpleasantly surprised to see your advertisements...annoyed even, when the icon shows notifications to go see your advertisements. FAIL...fix it, please!

There apps are great

This apps will help you progress. All they need is a dip app just like there other apps.

Easy to use

User-friendly interface. Works as advertised (so far). We'll see how long it takes for me to perform 20 pull-ups.

Good start

Great for starting a workout routine.

Very nice app with good progression

Good app with nice warm up and progression. Would be nice to add music though. Otherwise, great lay out and it does what it says.

Timers

It would be better if the timers ran in the background when you need to click away.

Crash

The app has been great but lately it has been crashing while the timer has been counting down or the program won’t even open at all. Please fix soon.

Starting Workouts Too High

This is a great app especially the push-ups version, but, as a military veteran, I have to say, these beginning workouts on the pull-ups are too high.

Subscription won’t sync

Started a Zen Unlimited subscription that is refusing to sync with any app other than the one through which I purchased it. Hopefully the issue will get resolved before I burn through the free workouts

Needs to deal better with incomplete workouts

To the developers: if you are working this program, you are, inevitably, going to hit a sticking point and have to repeat a workout until you can complete it. The app needs to deal with this. I should be able to attempt a workout, record what I was able to do, have the app keep track, and not remind me the next day to workout again. In other words, there needs to be something between “I never even attempted this workout” and “I successfully completed all reps and all sets and I ready to move to
