2024 US Open Tennis App Reviews

I often record matches to watch later and don’t dare use the app for fear of seeing the end score before I watch it.

It used to be great to LISTEN to radio while working. This year apparently it is required to watch the announcers in studio describing action on court. When turning off screen the audio quits playing. Drain my battery for what? No thanks.

Nothing after Wednesday, Sept. 3, day 11. No updates, no schedules, nothing.

The app interface is terrible and hard to navigate. No way to see future scheduled dates and times beyond tomorrow.

I could not read app

For the past few days, I’ve been getting “access denied“ errors every time I try to open the schedule. Very frustrating.

In fact, your app is NOT very good. It’s not straightforward and it seems impossible to study the complete draw the complete draw for each event. Take a page out of the Wimbledon book. Their app is WAY better!

In the latest news - or anywhere one is trying to read text, many sentences are overlapping, Making the article unreadable. (I am on an ipad pro). So if I find an article I may be interested in, I’d have to find it in a browser (generally not worth my time). I hope they can fix this for next year

While using the app while at the open works quite well I am finding it almost impossible to get scores of live matches. I have to google the matches to find them easily in live time.

I wish it was easier to see past match scores

Since Spectrum no longer has ESPN so I am not able to watch the match, (Boo horrible Disney), I am happy to be able to follow the matches here on US Open app. Thank you!

Biggest lack is brackets in the early rounds.

Great app and even better when you attend the event!

Our vacation home TV provider cancelled Disney & ESPN on 8/31 with no notice. We were able to follow Men's Doubles on the app to see our heroes Ram & Salisbury win. Found a place to watch.Coco's match via HULU. The US OPEN should be available on a network station to avoid all this nonsense. Stop using streaming services, please!

I just updated my US Open app and it keeps crashing.

The app does not update the schedule!!!!

Good information, but the app keeps crashing. Have to go to the website instead.

Did any person from us open looked at AO, Roland Garros or Wimbledon? This app could provide much better and cleaner look. To much data with unnecessary complicated look no specific times or dates in the right places.

Why can’t you resolve the obvious problem of text being written over other text or on top of other graphics. I don’t have this issue in other similar apps. Also, some videos freeze and never load. Hmm
