Lots of workouts. Good exercise routines with the option of not having to use any equipment. Each workout has a timeframe, so you know how long the workout will be. I’d like more warmup exercises - many of them are the same as the workout exercises. But, a good app. I’ve stuck with it for over 2 years and have been very satisfied.
Love this application and especially for being able to take with me on vacation.
I’ve been doing the workouts for a month now and see results. I’ve tried other workouts but this one is great. I love the warm up and cooldown that comes with every workout. Thanks!!

This app is so helpful in every way! Customizable workouts according to what equipment you have at home, your fitness level, etc. I also love that it tells you estimated calories burned with each workout.
i hate that when i sent an email for when i signed up online to cancel my subscription it never came. i deleted the app and i’m still paying for the subscription. i need it canceled i cant afford it.

I have tried many apps for my weight loss after the child birth. This is so far the best app to stay consistent. Workouts are really good and designed to give effective results. I lost about 20 lbs while following this app and using my own workouts. I am using it again to gain some strength and stamina. All the new moms; I would genuinely recommend give it a try to this app. It’s also not expensive which is a plus.

I used this app a few years ago and I decided to download and try again. The new update on how it builds your daily plan for you is so much better than me choosing what to work on. I enjoy this so much more knowing it is a much easier process.
The workouts are modifiable, exercises can be changed to easier or harder ones. I really like this app!
I wasn’t sure in the beginning but you can customize how hard you want your workout based on the equipment you have! It’s definitely kicking my butt my the end even with simple exercises!

Just do what it says and keep doing it every day. If it’s too tough, be honest with the app and don’t give up, it will redesign a custom workout and you should just keep doing it. You’ll see results.
I enjoy the ability to go at my own pace. I am in control of my fitness program. No one here to push me but myself.
This app doesn’t seem to be beginner friendly
I started off at 186 lbs and although I haven’t been consistent, over time I dropped to 148 and I look and feel great. 10 out of 10 I recommend!
I selected belly as a focus area but the plan is bringing everything. It wasn’t working like that before. Disappointed 😕
