i absolutely love this app
Iāve been using the app since high school and I love it. It helps me hold myself accountable and it has different levels for your workout routine.
Iāve lost 22 pounds so far doing this along with calorie deficit. The best thing is that I donāt have to go to the gym. I can do everything at home. It makes everything so much easier especially with two kids.
Iāve been using this app for almost 2 years. I started using 30 day fitness at home to get back into working out and have continued to use it almost daily for exercise. Everything is super customizable and works for any level of fitness.
This is such a good app, I hid abbs in like a month, I went from fatty to a baddie
I have never been able to find a workout that is hard/manageable, and this app does just the trick! When I downloaded the app, I expected to have to pay for them to personalize my workout, but itās free so far! Love it
I wish there was more variety with equipment. There is a dumbbell section now that I enjoy. Some of the workout plans are repetitive

First 7 days are good but donāt think youāll be able to use anything after that free period is up!

This app is so amazing, when I first signed up it made me feel a sense of comfort. After the app said I was underweight and I tried to lose eight pounds, they told me that wasnāt healthy for me. I actually felt like the app and the developers and such actually cared about the target audience. I love this app because even if you donāt pay, it gives you reminders, clear instructions, and lets you do your 30 day workout. It also predicts exactly when you are going to get to your goal if you follow
This app give me motivation to go to the water park to flex to my friends be stronger than older people than me and Iām only 12 with a 4 pack almos six I cannot explain how this app change my life.

I was really enjoying this app getting started on the 30 day trial n lose weight, I felt it would be a life changer but when I got to say 4 it wonāt allow me to open it. It keeps displaying the ad to join n I press X but it keeps leading me back to the menu of it. It was great while it lasted. I wish it wouldāve had stated that the 30 day n lose weight was only for a few days that Iād have to pay after couple days. I was left hanging.
But since the newest update, itās more annoying than helpful. For example, I just started a new week of workouts (itās Sunday) and 4/5 of them are marked as āDone.ā I havenāt done any workouts yet this week! Also, there used to be a feature for tracking running/walking routes that seems to have disappeared. Finally, it claims to sync with Apple Fitness, but when I manually input walking or running workouts, they do not count towards closing my rings for the day. I paid for the year so Iāll conti
They start you off easy and only make the workouts harder when youāre ready for a more challenging workout plan. Thereās not rush and you go at your own pace.
Great for those who want to start and donāt the equipment. Did my first workout today and I feel sore. Donāt think about it twice just get the app and start somewhere.

I love this app it helps me lose weight and my favorite part is that you can have a coach and youāre coach have their own workout plan for you all you have to do is answer a few questions and they have all types of workouts to do and thatās why I love 30 day workout
This app is pretty good so far, it has video guides and the exercises are good for whatever level youāre at
I love this app and itās great. the only suggestion I have is when I did the exercises first time the sections changed color and it was easy to see which ones I did, but when I do same exercises next day, it doesnāt change color. and so if I donāt pay attention to which exercise I did, I loose track. thank you
My mom recommended this to me, and it's amazing. The workouts are just right, and I'm starting to see small changes in my body. One thing that I would add is adding a soccer option. I have been playing soccer every day for about 3 hours and I want to track the calories that I'm burning. I've had to track it with the basketball option because the 2 sports burn calories at about the same rate. Other than that, it is an overall amazing app and is perfect for people who have a limited amount of time

I downloaded this app with open mind, hoping to improve my physical strength and Iāve been doing it for three days, but itās not even on my plan and itās making me pay to do the rest of the 30 days. it wonāt even allow me to open up day four. I think itās unnecessary to have to pay just to work out now my 30 day challenge isnāt complete and it was a complete waste of time.
