I love all the different challenges and fitness levels. And the daily alarm reminder is also a great add in. I just wish that the challenges you are currently doing would be the ones that show on the main home screen. And it was easier to switch between the ones you are doing
Love the variety and the workouts truly work you out! One issue I have is that you should be able to basically highlight what workout you’re on ... if I’m on intermediate level 2, it should pull that out or highlight it so I don’t have to scroll through all the levels to get to mine.
I got the full version and it is sooo worth it! It allows you to watch videos and do harder workouts. The workouts make you work, but are so doable! It also makes little noises when you complete stuff that are really cool! And for the timed things it does a countdown and timer. It gives you detailed and specific instructions too!!!! Awesome!!!!
To get the most out of this app, you have to commit to the daily exercise regime. All exercise - no cheating.
I like how it's just simple, easy to use, which when in the gym is nice.

This app is exactly as expected and I found it to help with motivation.
I like the various challenges that I can choose. What I would like is someway to see all the challenges I've selected on one page or calendar. Also, I would like a way save all my info so that I can use it on multiple devices.

Great motivation for working at home on your own. Keeps you on track and gives you a good mix of reps and routine. Really like the built in rest days and the calendar. Also tracks your weight and gives bmi goals. Highly recommend the app.

I do all eight throughout the day, it’s a good way to be sure to get a little something in even when I’m stupid busy. It’s so easy to do nothing at all. This app stopped that.
It's good, however, it isn't organized the best. I wish the workouts that you were doing were all in the same place. It is still a great workout app though! Definitely get it!

I was skeptical, but my daughter talked me into using the app. It took me a few minutes to navigate all of the features. The daily modes was a little tricky but I figured it out.
