Simple and easy to use

On my iPad, I can’t scroll all the way to the bottom of the field of horses. It cuts off around the 7 or 8 horse. Otherwise a great app that I’ve been using forever, could perhaps benefit from a more robust rewards program too.

Great fun easy

This is a decent app, which is the most important thing since we currently don’t have a choice of ADW apps in New Jersey. But I hope that we NJ customers can soon have the option to use the newer FanDuel Racing app and use our existing FanDuel login and wallet.

I enjoy this APP user friendly

Push alerts don’t work and the MTP never updates unless you go into the race. I’ve tried to chat with support but can’t get anyone to help. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app so many times and nothing works.

The best racing app ever love it

It is so much more convenient then traveling to Casino in AC or PA.

Easy to navigate but scary because it’s SO easy. Only problem is getting winnings faster. Takes too long!

The app and live simulcasting is so much better I just wish it was on a more consistent television schedule

Pretty straightforward never had much of an issue, no fee deposits through ECheck and occasional cash back or deposit bonus promotions which are offered are nice. Winnings withdraw take 2-3 days for me to show up which isn’t terrible. Only problem is I wish more international races were available (Argentina, Japan, etc) as they are available on TVG but not on 4NJBETS :( . Would add some variety. More promotions would be nice too

The team that put this app together (design and development) did an outstanding job. The features are great, and the responsiveness exceptional. Historical videos is a great feature and usability also very, very good. The only thing I could think of that would be a killer upgrade would be if the drf or brisnet past performances could be incorporated. I know you guys have past performances embedded but they are not as detailed and the navigation (back and forth across horses) is somewhat cumbers

Great place to bet on

I’ve been using NJBETS for years. In NJ, this is our only option. It has been great for years, but not any more. Selections lag, page changes are slow. The decline seems to coincide with the buyout of TVG by Fan Duel. Support used to be helpful and responsive. Now it seems that the extent of the support is to say, “ clear your cache”. However, I have the same problems over three different devices and at different location. On both wi-fi and data. I’d like to say, use another app, but like I s

$5 fee to deposit my own money??? I’ve never had any sports betting app charge me to deposit my own money ever and I’ve used quite a few; what a rip off. Promos have glitched and I've missed out on things on big days like Kentucky derby etc. I’m probably going to start looking into other apps.

Seems to go down on major races days. Out for hours today for Breeder’s Cup.

Website is constantly freezing and showing a white screen causing me to delete app and re-install. Wish I had statistics on the average amount of times I have to do this in an afternoon.
