Coffee is the best! And it’s over 1/2 the price as other Franchise coffee! Must try!
Super easy to use with huge benefits. The mobile skip the line function is very simple and easy to use. It’s nice to just walk in, grab your goodies, scan your items, and pay. All on the app not to mention the rewards points and app exclusive rewards like buy 6 get 1 free on your drinks. Definitely see you 7-11.
The “offers and rewards” presented to you on the app are rarely redeemable when you attempt to use your phone number or scan code to redeem them at check out. How convenient….for the store. I think it’s a cash grab ploy to make you think a discount is offered only for you to end up paying full price in the end. The employees never seem to have a reason why the discounts aren’t being applied at check out nor do they make any attempt to investigate why. Again, how convenient…..for the store
Love the app it shows u the offers and that u can put in money I. Your wallet without u even needing your card u can jsur pay at the pump with your wallet if u load money in to it and so u can get 3cents of your gallon plus 10 more cents depending if u claim it but love the app works well custermer service is good love it

It was easy to download easy to sign up and you get good deals
All cards get declined through the app when in reality the cards have plenty of money and work at the pumps just fine. It makes locking prices and any other saving impossible, all it downs it make the app useless and avoids saving you any money. I asked my friend who referred me this app and he said the same thing is happening to him.
Please let go of my phone number or fix the app, the app can’t generate a code but still my phone reads the rewards at the store. What is this? And why you want access to Bluetooth ? No wonder you have ruined entires cities, back off and fix this ! Stop watching other people’s concerns like kids and nudity , I think you’re part of a human trafficking and drugs you should stop airplay and stop accessing to all accessories you dirty animals!
We really appreciate the staff at this location. We’ve always had a positive experience with them. We also appreciate that the store is much cleaner than most 7-Elevens. Keep up the professional work guys!
I used to like this app. I liked getting the points and savings. I closed an old email account that I didn’t use anymore. When they updated the terms and conditions, they had to verify everything and in order to move everything I have to create a new account and then call Customer Support to have the two accounts merge. I enjoyed the app. It’s just not worth it. So long 7-Eleven rewards.
I can’t even get past my name to go into the app so your app is pointless it makes no sense why I can’t get past my name it doesn’t say continue or anything it says personalize your experience I do and it just stops
The wallet don’t let me scan and pay
I like how coupons and discounts are automatically added without any input from the user. Plus, extending the self life of your points with one purchase every 90 days seems fair to me.

Used to use app to order in store pick so i didnt have to give my debit card to my son to grab the order. Use it last weekend fine, went to the past couple days and i cant check out. Looked and it was updated 4 days ago so possibly messed it up.
The new app is terrible the old one was easy to use

Almost every loc Almost every location in the Rocklin Roseville citrus Heights area 7-Eleven workers are employees are always, but most respectful very intuitive with customers some new remember things I must say it is very exceptional. He does leave a lasting impression. It makes me wanna go back I’ll talk.
I paid for a can of Skoal and forgot it at the store, I went in the next morning and also was purchasing another can of Skoal when the cashier placed the can of Skoal I purchased the day before and stated he saved it for me and had my receipt attached too it. I thought that was pretty cool that he did that for me…..

Glad to see coffee stir sticks in paper wrappers instead of plastic wrappers in this store. However, please stop buying plastic stir sticks and start buying bio-degradable sticks. Thank you.

The lady running the first shift at River Rd and Sixth St is always friendly and polite, the 5 stars are for her.
The store always has what I need at fair prices with excellent people working the register. The app used to have fun games on it and I would check it every day now I think the app stinks

I go to the one on Atlantic and Adams and there aren’t many choices. It doesn’t matter when you go. I like the one on Lafayette and canal street because they have a variety of sandwiches and coffees available. The clerk is nice at Atlantic so I gave her the 4 stars.

I had two coffees already marked for being brought I attempted to buy five more coffee so my fifth coffee would be credited as free I didn’t get credit for any of my five coffees and I came to the store where I know they give you credit for buying coffee so I don’t know what happened

The last several times I have downloaded discounts from messages, they have not transferred to my account. When I entered my phone number at the pumps the discount was not there. It was missing in action. I go out of my way to go to My local 7-11 to obtain the discount because it adds up. I’ve been very disappointed.
Noticing a glitch where the locked in gas prices feature to “get the lowest price” is not always accurate. The locked in price for me currently is 10 cents higher than what the station a mile from my house is advertising on the app. Customer service has not been able to assist.
There's too many unnecesary sections and things that pop up when all you wanna do is check out or order quick food. Also what is up with the white logo?? Every company is using boring white logos. Use the colors for 7eleven for pete's sake, green orange and yellow, less dull cmon now. Do you want this to sit in people's homescreens?
