Game has multiple endings. Worth the money and never any ads
Such a great game. I was captivated from the start.
Love this game! Used to play it online when I was younger; just bought the mobile version and finished the game. Doing it over for a second time. Super excited to play Ensign, and even try Gridland and A Noble Circle among some others I’ve heard. Thanks so much, we really needed this!!
What more is there to say?
I remember playing the browser version of this game several years ago, and being intrigued by finding it in the App Store. It might seem strange to pay for a game you’d played through for free but for the price, why not? The mobile game is a sufficient upgrade and worth the price a few times over. The simple, unique experience is something I find myself going back and reliving every so often. If you’ve never tried the game before and happen upon this, give it a shot, just try to be patient in th
Absolutely loved it in all of its simplicity.
Simple interface yet enchanting gameplay.
I have loved this game for years. Always come back to it.
This game is fantastic. It should be way more popular than it is
Tried to find a portal for a feature request but in A Dusty Path, would it be much effort to add a “Take All” button next to the existing “Take” button? I’m finding it cumbersome to tap “take” x times when I farm items in mines or outposts. Particularly when attempting the no hut challenge. Thanks!
Mysterious and spooky, a fun time all around!
A Dark Room is an extremely unique game that is difficult to explain. But, I promise you will love the experience. I’ve played this game over and over again for years. That first play through hasn’t ever been reached in a mobile game, and very seldom on console or pc.
Really loved my time with this game!
amazing experience and gameplay. always come back to it.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in A Dark Room, and for 2 bucks it’s absolutely worth your time and money. It’s great for short play sessions, maybe on a break or a longer session on a plane or train. The game can feel tense at times, especially when managing resources, so dont expect an idle game. My only issue is that A Dark Room constantly feels like it’s trying to get its message across, but it’s often too vague to do so.
The game is simply amazing - to all those people out there who left a 1 star review play the game for at least 5 minutes
This is a unique experience more than a game for me. I really enjoyed experiencing it, I didn’t always enjoy playing it. I had never played an idle game before and had a really hard time learning how the game worked but eventually I noticed and googled things that really made the game more fun. Understanding traversing the map and what each letter meant and that the compass was helping lead me through the game in a linear progression helped. Also learning that dying can actually be good also he
I love this game. I’ve played through it a few times over the years both with and without building huts. The challenge and strategy is fun. It’s very addicting and causes a lot of self-reflecting. I wish there were more creative and thoughtful games like this on the App Store. Thank you for making this game Amir
I come back to a dark every few years. It remains powerful and thought provoking each play through. A game everyone should play.
Every year or so I re-download this game just cuz the story is so good. Cheers to the developers of both versions. I see the love y’all put in.
My imagination runs wild in this game. I come back to it about once a year and I just love the minimalist style. I picture the ruined landscape, and the desperate people and animals. I feel like I’m playing a novel. I love this game so much.
I originally played this game in a browser many years ago, forgot about it, and rediscovered it on mobile. It hit me emotionally in ways I did not expect, and am on my second play through of what will be many. Thank you for this game! I’d recommend it to anyone.
It doesn’t require the internet to play and is a complete game in itself. Very interesting and as new information comes to light you realize the broader story.
I’ve played this game before, a long time ago. I beat it once but didn’t take time to enjoy the ending. Today after about 3.5 hours of casual gameplay over 3 days I beat it for the 2nd time. Taking time to listen to the developers words is great. Incredible game. Looking forward to starting the ensign. I’ve been looking forward to this for a long time. Thank you for this experience. Some people will never know the time & work that goes into creating such an addictive game in this format. I sure
One of, if not my favorite iOS game. The mystery, the gameplay, and story, it’s all awesome. Seriously download this game right now.
I have loved this game for a long time and every time I play it I fall back in love. Thank you to the creators and good luck future players!
I highly recommend the prequel too

Great game for chilling when you have to wait at work. Story is very good too, which surprised me
Amazing. Stick with it because it becomes absolutely addicting.
At first, the game didn't seem to be going anywhere, but as it progressed, it captured the imagination and demanded my full attention to see what would happen next. A Dark Room is definitely one of my favorite story game apps. I just wish the producers had made more! Update: They made more!
It’s an amazing game as soon as you get past the start
One of the best apps I've ever played. Id love more text based games from you guys. This still holds up as a masterpiece.
I love the story it’s really good but is there a good ending?
This game is great, I am enjoyed it. But I think will be more cool if you add some sound effects in it, or music.
From start to finish A Dark Room keeps you intrigued Adventure awaits
This game is solely text based and an absolute masterpiece! I haven’t experienced anything like this since early pc “games”
Although not blind myself, dev gets a sixth star for making this playable for the blind.
One of my favorites. Very well done.
I looked over at my friends phone and asked what weird game he was playing now, and introduced me to one of the best games I’ve ever played
I like the controls and layout of the game, but I don’t like a game that forces me to own “slaves”. Maybe it’s just not for me.
After downloading this game several times in the past, I finally finished the game. Absolutely exceptional.
One of the best mobile games I have ever played! Wonderful story and theres different endings so you’ll definitely want to play more than once. It’s a game i always come back to.
Amazing game that I keep coming back to on every new device. Just one request. Any chance that it could do Landscape mode? Still want to play it on my '21 ipad pro
Fun and very interesting to play, I just wish it would’ve lasted a little bit longer. But besides that it’s great
