Channel 13 does a decent job reporting local news but the biased opinions of the station’s governing agency is always apparent when addressing President Trump. Shame on you!!!
Opening app
Every time I get a notification about an updated story I click on it that seems very interesting and it does not go to that story. Very disappointing.
Notifications are not linked
It is so frustrating when a notification shows up on my phone, hit the link, but it only opens your app. The notification should take you to the article mentioned in the notification. Then I search and search and can never find the article. Waste of my time trying to use your app.
AP doesn’t seem to keep up with notifications
I get notifications from ABC13 on a regular basis. 99% of the time, when I click on the notification and the APP opens, there is nothing there about what the notification was about…
Best app. for local and national news
This is my number 1 app to keep abreast of the most updated news and events locally, Statewide and Nationally. It’s easy to manage and maneuver

Notifications - improve the target they open
It’s not a good user experience when very specific notifications to the phone screen only open the app when clicked. The expectation for notifications is that they open a target page directly related to the notification so the user doesn’t have to hunt around in the app for the information that brought them to it. Otherwise, app is great!
Too many notifications!
90% of the app seems like it’s about the weather over and over and over and over. It’s never what they say will be so I don’t understand why they HAR it so many times even on the 30 minutes of newscast it’s weather five minutes something else five minutes something else weather I mean how much weather do we need? Everybody has the app if we want to get the weather it’s over kill some more sports sports lovers too you know. That seems poor. I don’t know why, but it doesn’t seem like it.
Change layout
I would like to swipe left to read a new story instead of having to scroll to the end of the story.
You need some help with your ap
It DOESNT work!!!!!! It just sits there. My phone and apps are up to date! It’s not me, it’s you!

This website needs to be better
Should be much more update on local news that matters. Any headline more than 12 hrs old is no longer news. You need to step it up.
Opening a notification doesn’t take me to the story
I have an iPhone 14 and I have this app set up to send me notifications. Any time I click on a notification for a story I want to read, I am sent to the home page of the app but never to the exact story, which I then have to search for. Other apps send me to the exact story and it is frustrating that yours does not. Please fix.
Needs updated to fix bugs
I can’t open the article I want to, everytime I click on one, it takes me to another article and I can’t read the one I want to. Update the app!!
Crashes A LOT
This app constantly freezes & crashes on iPhone. Also the font is TOO BIG with no in-app way to adjust. Content informative but presentation is a mess.
Not too thrilled with your app
Whenever I open my app up, I’m always getting some news video playing automatically is if I want to hear it when I just want to see what’s going on in the world not here someone talking especially Donald Trump or anyone else from the Republican national convention and it seems that you are being because all you do is talk about them and talk about them and talk about them and I’m tired of that
