I like using the app to shop. It’s easy to navigate.

Love the app, the clothes, and usually the customer service. But it’s been a long time since I’ve received a coupon and I am vip, however I spend so much more than that. Very discouraging

This app helps me to get all the items I need quickly without having to search many pages and wait for them to load. Great site two thumbs up!

Love Abercrombie and the app is so easy to use. In the last couple months it’s been really hard to shop because the products pictures are not loading. I tried on and off wifi, but its the only app that give me problem so I don’t think it’s my connection.

Returns/exchanges are pretty easy going through the app.

I absolutely love this store it’s amazing I love their style maybe they can add more trending teens stuff to the girl section BUT overall I love this store with all my heart I do not know what you guys are saying it’s amazing.

It is sooo good because I buy all my own clothes there and it’s just has great prices and quality and yeah go there now or you won’t regret it I promise

Good app but really wish I could open the app directly when I click on a link or ad. Takes me a lot longer to buy the item on the web since it’s not connected to my profile or payment method. I usually just give up and abandon my cart when that happens

If you want to affordably upgrade your entire wardrobe - this is the place. I LOVE a&f (and I’m 28).

The ux ui design team has it figured out. Part of the reason I stan Abercrombie is the seamless and user friendly shopping experience on the app. Nothing turns me away like cheap made glitchy sites. Well done Abercrombie on making shopping (and RETURNS BLESSUP) SO easy!

Easy to Navigate.

The customer service is great! They will always reply back to you within a day or two. They explain the situation very throughly and help keep the customer happy with their satisfaction. I’ve had a few times I needed to email them and their responses were so helpful!

Takes forever to load.

Abercrombie can be a bit overpriced sometimes but great selection and quality. App especially is well built and easy to use.
