I signed up and it's my Birthday month but didn't receive a birthday promo code

Cool app lots of stuff, but it would be nice to have a iPad version, because the screen is tiny and annoying. Please fix this, but good app

Ordering was very quick & efficient. Only thing that upset me is I’ve waited a year for these socks to be back in stock. I’ve called several times checking on availability but they said they were back ordered.Come to find out today - they have been back in stock for 8-9 months but no 1 called or contacted me & I wonder if they even checked stock when I was calling?

It’s very aggravating and annoying. When I add something to the cart and want to change the shipping location (from store pickup to home delivery) I have to select the correct box. There is nowhere to select update. Instead, i have to delete it and go back and select it again. It’s very annoying.

I prefer to shop online whenever possible because it gives me the opportunity to shop around for more things.

Coupon must be valid also with clearance products

I love this store and love that you can get most things delivered. Free delivery amounts is easy to reach. Use the Academy card and get a 5% discount.

I actually spent over 35 minutes trying to establish an account. Each time I attempted to input my information, I would be forwarded right back to the Home Screen. This was both on the App and website. Then while attempting to use ID.Me to establish a military discount, the same thing happened. Talk about frustration. Please fix/repair what ever is wrong with both the website and App. Seems like a simple thing to do if you value your customers.

Better experience than regular website

Absolutely love the convenience and savings by using the Academy credit card. However, on my very first statement I was charged a “late fee”. As it turned out it was simply due to timing and automation. I called and spoke to a friendly and understanding Academy rep and the issue was resolved. I look forward to many more online dealings with Academy utilizing the Academy credit card and saving on discounts and shipping. Good to go!

I’m reviewing the app and the ease of checking out. I struggled for quite some time to get the shipping address to work. It kept giving me a blank screen after I would enter my address. Finally, I stopped selecting “done” and clicked on save my address and it went through. Just wasn’t very user friendly.

I try to pay and it doesn’t let me use any other method.

Seems to have more items that don’t scan than do

I signed up for the rewards program and am also a first time buyer. Also downloaded their app. Advertised says it gives 10% discount but no codes were provided when it’s time for checkout.
