This app is very convenient and easy to use. My meds always arrive on the date that I request.

Very Satisfied, once Accredo has you in the system orders are hassle free and smooth. Being able to pick and plan delivery days has worked really well for me. Very happy with the $avings too.

Mobile app doesn’t allow me to specify special shipping requirements. I have to call in to request special temperature controlled shipping. Also, the app does not show how many refills remain in my prescriptions.

Pharmacy claims they didn’t receive RX so it was resubmitted. While they say it take 5-7 days to process and set up to deliver, there were questions that I feel should I have been rectified before 13 days. If I had not called and called, this RX would still be in the PROCESSING stage. The advocate, though, was absolutely outstanding! Communicated and followed up on several occasions. For that person, I am grateful. The entire process needs work.

The accredo app is the easiest way to refill my medication.

I have tried for 4 days to remove a credit card that was stolen. It has been extremely frustrating as I have used the phone and talked with two workers at Accredo, but they were not able to remove the method of payment either.
