Great product, but since the latest updated the transfer button and attended transfer buttons are no longer available. Is this feature still available?

Been using this App for years, like more or less since day one. But mostly on an iPad! And after all these years, there‘s still no iPad UI! This software on an (old) iPad makes a great desk phone, particularly in combination with a BT handset or headset. So pretty please, make this a universal app, how hard can it be?🙏🏻

The icon shows a number of missed calls or voicemails, doesn’t go away after viewing calls or even deleting all messages and voicemails.

This is an updated review. This softphone is one of the best available bar none. Support for IPv6 only registration of SIP servers makes this the best app for casual use and on the go where most cellular networks are IPv6 only with IPv4 as a service. Push notifications can also be set to register on IPv6-only servers through the push notifications settings. I don’t often write reviews, but this is genuinely one of two even remotely usable SIP softphones for mobile, with the other ALSO created by this company. I have been locked out of a few Apple IDs over the years in my neverending switch from Android to iOS and back, but this is one app I will ALWAYS happily pay for over and over, whereas I’d usually fight with myself - “do I really need it? I don’t wanna pay $X for so and so app again” - no way, this is a necessity. Amazing app, thank you so mu

In the latest update contact search doesn’t works.

I have been surprised that the app did not receive 5/5! There is no sip client better and feature rich that groundwire. I've been using it more that 10 years on both android and iOS. Their state of art push notification to keep your phone ringing without keeping the app up in the background is amazing!

Great number of features that many other SIP/Voip apps don’t have. Very customizable. And their customer service was terrific.

Or actually the best one I’ve tried so far. I’m using this with a VOIP/SIP service that doesn’t have great audio quality, but this app seems to be able to make the sound quality passable for a change. Lots of customizability and options for nerdy customization. One minor complaint: please redesign the app icon to the new Liquid Glass design. It also seems to be larger than other icons in the dock for some reason.

Migrated to Groundwire when Bria became unnecessarily/unworthingly subscription based, and I am super pleasantly surprised - it offers all of the features that I was using really solidly. What stands out with me is that SIP registration is super stable of all the apps I’ve tried constantly swapping between wifi and mobile connections - critical for an app implementation of SIP like this. Really highly recommend this softphone!
