ADAC Pannenhilfe App Reviews

Had a nail in my tire. Opened the ADAC app and put in my request. Super easy. Within a few hours a tech showed up, patched my tire, and was on to the next job. Tech was friendly and helpful, and went out of his way to complete the job. I definitely recommend ADAC…it’s well worth the peace of mind if you ever need assistance.

App super, Service super, was will man mehr?

Usually when your car breaks down, it’s not a good thing. However, my service yesterday was absolutely superb. Super ADAC assistance keep up the good work.👍

My first experience with ADAC was great. The technician was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t speak Deutsch, so the technician speaking fluent English was a wonderful surprise. Highly recommended.

Fahrer war am Anfang sehr unfreundlich. Ist nicht zu den vereinbarte Straße gekommen, sondern irgendwo anders. Schlecht organisiert. Man muss in der App eine Straße eingegeben als Treffpunkt, wird aber trotzdem nicht respektiert.
