ADT Wifi Fix App Reviews

This app connected to my Wi-Fi and router and identified changes to the Internet router that needed to be made for the Pulse system to work properly. Wouldn’t have known without running this app. You need to be on the lions with ADT support at the time for them to see the results and tell you what to do. Would be great if at some point the developer makes this app self running so you don’t have to be on the phone with a tech, it just reports the problems, makes changes, and tells you what to

My doorbells and cameras are not recording when the doorbell button is pressed or there is motion in the ground area. I’ve checked the rules numerous times and there is no logic issues with the rules, which weren’t a problem before. Even then the cameras classified everything as other, even if the object was a person. This app is trying to sell you additional services you may not need. I’ll call customer service to have a technician look at the system.

My cameras are not picking up when someone pulls into my driveway. It shows them leaving but when they pull in, you don’t see them also get alerts that someone is at one of my cameras when I check there’s nobody there. Also picture is very unclear when I looked to see if someone’s in a car or a vehicle pulled into my driveway and I was trying to see what was on the door, the writing on the truck was very blurred. You couldn’t make it out.

I had an ADT doorbell that was very intermittent for years. Recently, I found this app and followed it through to the end. It apparently straightened out the conflict between my home WiFi and the ADT WiFi. My only comment is why didn’t they tell me about this when I called?
