App is easy to use. Can schedule directly on APP. Really impressive.

Fui admitida bajo observación por 24 horas , he estado en varios hospitales y sinceramente la experiencia obtenida va más allá de cualquier otro , la atención de las enfermeras fue excelente son amables en TODO momento , me iban a revisar constantemente hasta me ofrecían snaks, sodas o jugos yo me sentía en un hotel, hasta cremas, medias, toallas todo me fue provisto, son excelentes !

Mi esposa y yo estamos inmensa mente agradecidos por el servicio pero sobre todo quiero resaltar la calidad humana de absolutamente todo el personal. Es una bendición contar con ustedes. Used to be able to see test results and no longer available as far as I can see. Kind of frustrating

My visit on 10/22/24 was very pleasant! The staff was excellent, courteous and knowledgeable! I felt so much better when I left! I would like to thank everyone who attended to me! Hospital is very clean and expedient!

Well, almost It’ll be two Requweeks on the eighth and I have not heard back from anyone regarding returning three appointments. I was asking appointments for. 2 weeks ago, I went no on to book 3 appointments and left messages. No one to cut me back with any any

Keeps sending notifications that lead nowhere

Good morning, I was a patient of Advent health 7/6/24–7/3/24 I would like to say , my visit to the hospital was not in my plans for that day but I’m glad i didn’t wait. The staff that was on that morning then transported to Advent Health South. I was seen in different areas but they all had the same purpose, to heal me. Thank you so much. Yeily Perez, MSN, RN. Going through something as difficult as cancer is not easy! But the nurses and support staff where amazing!

Test results that were shown now are missing. Always something about not able to access records

Since the update, I have been unable to login using my credentials on the app, however I can use those same credentials to login if I go to the advent health website. I have deleted and reinstalled the app twice with the same results. I did have a previous 5 star rating for the app due to the organization of appointments and quick access to medical information needed for my complex conditions.

Very nice visit with Doc. He listen to my concerns. Was very polite. Made notes and ordered labs. My only issue was Doc speaks very softly and it was difficult to understand what was being said. Plus he was wearing a mask. So that made it more difficult to hear him when he was speaking. Over all very pleased with the Dr. and his staff. Carolyn Smithwick

This app is great… love using it. It makes getting your health records really easy. Everything is in one place which makes it a breeze.

I love Advent Health App, it is so efficient🥰

This app needs more user friendly options i.e. for me to be able to say if I’ve had a a yearly check up and with who. Right now it shows like i haven’t been to a doctor in years and my yearly check up shows as overdue but I’ve been to a doctor for years now and it’s not reflecting. So give us the power to be able to add information of our health visits and so on. Also this app lags and it needs a revamp for a cleaner look and easier navigation. Right now it’s all over the place.

I would like to thank the entire care team who was there to treat and support me during this difficult days, my sincere gratitude to a wonderful nurse Beatriz Rivera who indeed took her time and dedication to help me with every need and care she is an exceptional human being who really deserves my respect someone who went above and beyond in every way possible to make my stay at the hospital very comfortable once again thank you Beatriz for your services and care kudos to Beatriz ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Don’t use sms as a second factor. Use a time based token. Make the extra effort to do it correctly.

Updated the rating. Epic Mychart now works just fine. Found my old test results. Linked my cvs clinic visit. Very convenient. There’s not much one can do in this app without the epic mychart service. And that service has been down ever since I downloaded the app. All it says is “Mychart is currently having technical issues”. It doesn’t say when those issues are expected to be resolved and I get the feeling I shouldn’t be expecting them to be resolved any time soon. As it stands the app is almost

I have apps through 5 different hospital systems and this one is the best. It allows a patient to view notes, discharge summaries, medications, lab and test results, as well as specific things like who is your primary nurse, doctor, clinician every shift while in the hospital, including photos. It really is informative with all kinds of videos, educational programs, health tips, insurance. Very complete!

I have been involved with several departnents and have been so impressed with every single person, be it doctors, nurses, aides, front desk personnel, etc., and everyone is so congenial, friendly, and seem to bend over backward to see to your every need. I cannot say enough good about any and all of them! What a great medical group! Highly recommendable!

Dr. Meier and his team are excellent at what they do. They work hard to take care of me. I am very sick and require lots of followup care appointments thru out the year and they help me set these up. They keep my medicines up to date. I have saw Dr. Meier for almost two decades and his care only gets better. If you are looking for care that exceeds expectations then you have come to the right place. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Meier and his care team.

Patient attention number 1 Aetna the nurse Jose and the American nurse that took care of me the first time I feel very well treated, lot of attention To all general staff starting from the main floor!! Love you all Sincerely Ms Persy!!

I absolutely love every aspect of the Advent Health app. From being able to request an appointment, track your appointment schedules, get information on your insurance billing and payment, as well as having access at any time to all of your test and procedure results. it is an invaluable tool for patients on every level of care.

I cannot figure out how to update my chart. The screen will not let me make my updates

Sadly my messages through the app do not get to my doctor or his PA. Frustrating!! I have no way to contact anyone unless I make an appointment. Appointments, even virtual, can be weeks out
