El app de la aerolínea

Yo también he tenido el mismo problema con la aplicación por mucho tiempo, para hacer reservaciones, realizar el pago con tarjeta de crédito o de debito. Y si uno quiere hablar se tardan las horas para que lo puedan atender.

Terrible app

These guys really need better programmers. I’ve found it impossible to check-in for a flight using the app. It crashes every time, after I laboriously entered passport and other information. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but it still crashed. I don’t see any advantage to using the app at all.
