You get this message, “Picture Failed to Upload,” whenever you place a furniture and click the save all button. This bug has been happening to everyone lately. Please fix this for the game because it use to not do this before the game updated. Nothing can fix this problem on our end as players, so please fix it on your end.

This game is great I played this game a while back but lost my account forgetting passwords and such but that’s neither here nor there this game has great story line and overall just perfect if I’m being honest it’s just I don’t know how to turn on the English mode or if there is even a English mode. Help lol

Don't waste the rookie offers. You'll likely not realize how much you have. Don't ever directly convert C Orbs for pulls. Use the vouchers and shifted stars only. Devs: add audio cues for boss attacks. With all the effects, it's often impossible to see the visual tells. Add more content that rewards skill over stats.

Old iPad 64gb doesn’t work well

It was my fault for losing my account but I’ve tried every possible way to login but it didn’t even work.

This game is awesome don’t get me wrong. It has a crashing problem. I could deal with a random crash here or there but during a pull for characters…. No this gotta get fixed. I can’t count how many times I’ve have started a ten draw and soon as you swipe to start the gacha draw it just crashes. So don’t know if you got anything or who or what. But those scans you bought or saved are gone and your left feeling screwed. Come on now. And some terrible frame drops and lag. But the crashing on pulls

I don’t know the cost of this, but supposedly, (maybe) a scammer bought this on my mother’s card. I questioned about it, and I decided to try it out, and I couldn’t understand the Chinese language that was on there. Here are my two questions: Can I get a refund? May players have the ability to access the English translation for this game? Thank you. I am putting it on 5 stars to put it on top, but it is originally 1 star.

So first of all this game is great I been playing it for a while but the problem is that the game is keep crashing i play Genshin in my mobile it works and punishing gray raven too but this is the only game that’s keep crashing randomly for some reason so please fix this thank you so much and I appreciate you guys for bringing this great game thank you I hope you gys fix the problem have a great day😊

Game need major work.. boring.. corny combat system of entering a limit area and fighting 3 secs of 4 mobs.. pretty lame for modern standards and is orginal nintendo level of innovation on that subject and thats 30 years after nintendo released lol

Dear developers This game has an awesome combat system and the controls are even better than Genshin impact, I really love this game But I think if this game is an open world style instead of stages to stages it would be better. I hope you will take my suggestion, I am looking forward to see some improvements in the next update

Since day one this game has brought me nothing but joy!! I play everyday and get missions done very fast. Haven’t had this much fun in a gacha game in a long time. Just want to say a huge thanks to the whole team who made global possible☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️❤️

The app runs perfectly…except for the fact that after 30 mins the app closes it self out. I put the settings on the lowest quality and it still closes out.

Second day playing and everytime I login the screen goes black I tired reinstalling the app don’t work closing it first did not work

Coming from genshin and Honkai this is a pretty good. Similar to pgr but it’s seems a little bit easier to play.

Everyone compares it to genshin impact or tower of fantasy… no it’s like punishing gray raven (PGR) but friendlier! It’s a more relaxed (still challenging enough) version. Everything is beautiful and polished really well! It has replaced PGR for me! I can’t wait to see where the devs take this!

I like the game and everything, but then there should be a low performance choice so I don't kicked out from the first boss fight, if Yostar could do that I could start playing again.

So I played aether gazer from the last update, and I can’t remember how to log in, but then i remember its bonded to my apple and now I keep trying to login , and Now it keeps login me into a new account , even though its a great game I rate 2, because i lost my account due to the new update.Even when I log in differently it keeps logging me into the same one.

I have a lot of hours in this game, it’s fun and well designed, but the most recent update has completely broken the app. I keep freezing every time I try to enter the game. Data packs download fine but as I’m loading into the game is soft locks and I can’t play.
