Afterlight Photo Editor App Reviews

I absolutely love editing on this app it has so many great features HOWEVER I am getting rly fed up with some sort of glitch that make it that every time I lock my phone or exit the app (not close it but leave it open and go into another app) I loose ALL of my progress. This used to only happen when I was off the app for a long time but now it happens EVERY time I even just lock my phone. FIX THIS PLS AFTERLIGHT I LOVE UR APP

This use to be so reliable, now it crashes when I use the frame feature …hit or miss… what happened?

This app is good for I-pad but not for I-phone. Since the recent IOS update, it no longer works on my I-phone 12. It opens for a few seconds and then crashes.

Need a fix. Every time I click on legacy filters it closes the whole app out. Overall really good photo editing app.:)

Love the filters available in this app. It is so fun to be able to overlay multiple filters, and I love the Photos extension. It is so great to be able to apply Afterlight filters directly from the iOS Photos app. I happily pay for this feature, as not many apps still include it. Thank you for making such a simple, easy to use filters app! This is such a fun and easy way to get great results as a “hobbyist” photographer!

So....when I was first going through this app I thought wow there are some great editing tools. But you have to pay to get them. And I understand that the creator wants to make money but I would do half of them to pay for so you have happy customers. One other thing is I wish there was an eraser. That would help this app so much. Other than those two things this app is amazing. It has a color shift which you don’t find on most apps!!! Thanks for making a great app!!!

I’ve used Afterlight for close to ten years now and I have yet to find another photo editing app that allows me such creative freedom. It’s revolutionized my art.

Being able to add filters to multiple pictures at the same time would be the game changer. I use this app all the time and it would save so much time to edit multiple at once! Also edit videos!!!!

I have used this app since at least 2014 and I depend on it heavily for my iPhone photos. Heck for most of my photos this app covers it all! Without compromising quality! This is not a bit or paid review I just felt I owe it to share my experience because I love the app so much.

I love everything about this app but sometimes I’ll go to use it and suddenly I can’t use my premium features. I have to delete the whole app, choose “keep subscription” and then redownload it…. Happens all the dang time

This app will not open my Nikon RAW files on my phone. I paid for the “lifetime” membership. I wish I had not Don that!

This app it’s really good for people who like editing photos like me it’s really fast and has really good prices for membership.

The app is good but the bad thing is that you have to pay from more editing tools

Hi creators, I just downloaded this app and almost everything is limited to a subscription. Please remove this and just make the app $2.99. That would make this ALOT better. Thank you for listening.

There are a few things I wish were included like a healing brush tool. Sometimes the previews can take a while to render but that’s nitpicking. Great app. Would definitely recommend for casual photographers.

The original app had amazing features and was my go to for phone photo editing, but now even some of the really basic functions are pay to play on a monthly subscription so it’s lost a lot of it’s appeal. I miss the old app

If I pay for lifetime that means I only pay once right?

App works well when it’s working but lately the fusion filters won’t even load up. Can’t even download new filters anymore.

I love this app so much! BUT can you please add a tool or something where we can easily add the date of the photo. like old disposable camera style. that would be really nice:)

Could you add a feature where we can copy-paste the edits onto other photos. This allows us for a faster more efficient way of editing:)

Hello guys I was wondering if you are going to update the first version of afterlight app so it can work with iOS 14

I really love this app. But i think there should be the option to add filters to videos as well. I really like the fusion filters and wish I could put that on my videos so I don’t have to mess up my “aesthetic” on my Instagram.

Easy navigation, expansive filter choice, cool to find mixes in a creative process.

I LOVE this app. Would LOVE to have the option to use these same filters on videos though. I think this would get the app even more Downloads. Please consider!❤️❤️

So great to have a free alternative to a Photoshop kind of app. Really good--this app is not a toy.

Where did the my stuffs go (I bought them from the previous version ; DUST , frames, etc. Do I need to pay again to get them ??

This is the best photo app I’ve ever come by is worth $100 a month and I’m very picky I give it 10 thumbs up.

Never am able to make it past any type of sign on page before the app freezes and requires reboot before useful

After comparing this to many others this is the one for your phone no glitches yet only been using the app for about a week now an like it

This app might have some filters that we have to buy but the free ones are awesome you can turn all the photos you want matching together

I thought VSCO was the only legit photo app out there. I’ve been tunnel visioned for so long, this app is much better for my needs and has so many more features that are free.
