I would like to see an ability to remove photos from my frame remotely from my phone, iPad, or computer. Otherwise, just love the frame, love all of my frames.

We love our frame. We are continually adding new pictures and it is a great conversation piece!

Love to share my favorite memories with family and friends. This picture frame is a fantastic way to do it.

I can sit home all day watching all the family pics … brings back wonderful memories !

This app makes it so easy to transfer our photos, and we love having our photos in the kitchen where we can see them every day.

I love this thing! My daughter got it for me and I just love it. It can hold pics and videos too. I can adjust the pics at the frame to zoom in or out and crop. Would highly recommend this great electric picture frame.

I love this app. My kids and grandkids don’t live near by. I love that I can add their photos and see them daily. My only complaint is that after loading photos, you have to adjust and crop them to fit the frame. That part is very easy but when you add photos they get mixed up in the gallery and you have to hunt and hunt to find the resent ones to adjust them. I wish they would load in order so you can find them then scramble when they are displayed.

This frame is very easy to upload pictures to. My only negatives is if you add extra picture and want to delete it, I haven’t been able to figure out how to do that.

These frames are awesome, but haven’t found how to add permanent friends. I am new to these, so maybe I just haven’t come across this feature yet.

Great so easy and fun to download new photos off our phones

Although it loads easily and is easy to install, they don’t give you enough space to modify your picture. So often times you miss the context of the photo you’re trying to post.

A year later this platform works well

My mother has 7 great grandsons and she gets to see all the pictures from Mothers. She loves it and I do too for her.

I got this as a gift to myself for when our dog passed so we could have non stop photos of him next to his urn. The app has been super easy to navigate and use and I love the memories it reminds me of.

Easy to set up and use, I enjoy seeing the pictures every time they come back around

This was given to me & my husband for Christmas by my son & daughter-in-law - we have loaded SOO many pictures of trips, early family days, parties & occasions on it. It captivates all who walk by our desk in the den - even the toddler grandkids! And it’s hard to get their attention for very long. We love it! Highly recommend for ANYONE who enjoys their memories together with loved ones.

Got this as a Christmas gift and LOVE LOVE LOVE it

This is a nice picture frame, however I have constant problems with the frame staying connected to the internet. It could be the type of wireless connection I am using (Deca) however it should work. The interface to load pictures is also not as clean as it could be. Make it simple, make control easy to locate. Select, edit, then upload. It is not quite there yet v

I got it for my birthday April 3 and it the best gift ever am loving it and I tell all of my friends and family members to get one

Love being able to load new pictures for parents frame. Very intuitive design that is easy to use. Future request to make this a five star app: please, please integrate with Google Photos.

Very nice photo frame. Allows the entire family to add and send photos and video. The one they love. Add captions to pics.

Frame unable to figure out its orientation so all pictures are upside down. When I fix them one by one eventually it reverts back to upside down. Very frustrating. Can’t find a permanent fix

It does what it’s supposed to: add pics to frames. But it’s so HARD. BATCH uploading is basically non functional. There’s no easy way to see what pics you added to what frame.

I am perplexed as to why some pictures go to the frame easily and others have multiple steps
