A few days back, I had a confirmed booking on another route LOS- LGW-LOS. I walked away with a booking reference expecting that the confirmation email would follow. I discovered next day when I didn’t receive any confirmation email; I looked up the booking reference and alas, nothing. The least I expected was an email notification with information on why the booking reference was being dropped. Thanks

Air France Flying Blue portal is outstanding and easy to use. Staff at the airport and in flight are outstanding. Very comfortable seats and high quality meal service.

Excellent! User friendly and very clear in how provide the information. Hope that my trip will be as pleasant as my experience with the booking process.

I had to try repeatedly, including changing password, to access account. You have an erroneous email address associated with the account. I have called many times over the last 5+ years to have it dropped but to no avail. Often I have Flying Blue/Air France emails sent to an address that no longer exists. Exasperating.

The app works well and customer support is great if you have an issue.

This app is really well designed. The developers and designers should be proud of themselves. It’s really easy to navigate. When planning travel, it’s easy to see other options on different days. I would like to see the ability to book multi-city award travel. Great experience overall.

I’m not high tech, so if I can navigate it, & choose seats, add my family companions, etc. you can too!

It’s after 1 AM on the East Coast and I have spent at least four hours today trying to book this flight. That included 30 minute wait to the 800 number only to be told that my flight was being booked within the EU and I would have to wait till tomorrow until, someone was in their European office to help me. Unbelievable very disappointed as I have always loved Air France.

I had a few stumbles along the way, but easily corrected.

Easy to use no issues at all.

The app logs you out after some time, which is very annoying. I’d rather be able to log in and then use Face ID to get in. Other than that, the UI is decent and it’s fairly easy to use.

I have Gold status with Flying Blue, I fly frequently, and there is always the issue that my future flights do not show at the Air France app. I have to call Flying Blue and ask them to make my flights appear on the app. Customer service always says all the information is correct, but the problem keeps happening.
