As one other reviewer noted, this is an extremely well-made game. Everything about it is top-notch, and it is a fair game as well. I’ve never played a better shooting game of its kind, where you can level up and have so much fun without paying a dime. Highly recommend!!!

Nothing more needs to be said. This game is incredible from the graphics to the gameplay to the sounds and modes and controls. They really really have made a special game. Tail gunner mode! I didn't see that coming. You must own this game! Well worth it's price. They are underselling themselves.

This is totally amazing!!!!! Graphics are beautiful and gameplay mechanics are fantastic. Three difficulty levels for each mission. Please bring back Air Attack HD!!!!!!! I really miss that game on the App Store and the app is gone.

Best port over to console 2025

I love this game and have been playing it for a while. Everything about this game is amazing and I can’t stop playing it. The only thing I wish that you guys did was add more maps and enemies.

The Best game

This is a good game people

I was just casually looking in the App Store for something to do, when I came across Air Attack 2. I was immediately hooked. I have never even played the first one. But I plan on downloading it too. That is, if I can stop playing this one long enough to find it. GREAT JOB DEVELOPERS!

I keep coming back to this game just because of how good it is! Great graphics,leveling up is a grind but that’s what makes this game fun! And constant side events make this a perfect game to either kill time or play for hours!

One of the rare mobile games that don't flood your face with ads and micro transactions, I played the first game long ago and i wish i bought the full game, recently found out they made a 2nd and its just as good as the first though i wish it was in the app store :3! Definitely worth supporting the devs

There are a lot of games on here that look similar at first glance, but this is the real deal with incredibly detailed graphics, widely varied bombable environments, and truly free to play.

Update, 1-18-2024: Developer super responsive and saved the day. Put iPad in portrait mode Start game They said this will be fixed in future update. Thank you SO much! This is THE best shooter available on the iPad ... without question. Great graphics, sound, and music to boot. Purchase this at once, you wont be sorry. A++++

This is a classic gem that shines from beginning to end. You won’t find many of these games left in the App Store. The game’s simple premise has you simply shooting up ships, working hard for different power ups, and progressing along all of the missions and difficulty levels. 5/5 and would love to see a sequel.

Thank you for this wonderful franchise, and aside from moving onwards to hopefully Air Attack 3 (please put more Imperial Japan alongside not just only Fascist Germany most of the game please), but can do a remake/remastering Air Attack 1?

Saw a recent review for this old classic that had been recently updated and bought it for $.99. I have really been enjoying and miss the old days of the $1-5 games that were incredible. Do yourself a favor and pick this one up! ✈️💥‼️

I downloaded this game when it first came out and was blown away both by its graphics and gameplay. I love the update and am so glad that the developer didn’t just leave this game on the wayside. This game, by far, is my favorite one to play. To the developer, great job here and please don’t hesitate to keep updating this game and make it that much more fun to play!

So much replayability and the difficulty is well balanced

For the developers, I sincerely wanna say thank you very much for still making an honest game like this to exist. I used to play the first air attack on the original ipad and that experience was beautiful. The fact that you guys only charge $0.99 for a masterpiece like this is truly remarkable. Especially in this era where seems like almost every developers only care about maximizing profit over gameplay. Will support games like this forever!

I love the game, perfect. It seems no other top down shooter lives up to this one, now I am very biased and picky. The only thing I would change is the fact that there isn’t a part 3.
