It won’t let me sign into my account to transfer gems and save progress. It’s the right password and account username but for some reason it won’t work!!

Great fun game, genuinely, to this day. But I think this game could actually be revived if the worldwide account bug was fixed. This is a bug saying that the animal jam servers could not be connected to, and because of that, many of the best features are sadly no longer available, including the leaderboards, gem transfers, and worse of all… The Joey pets!! I ask Animal Jam to fix this bug and potentially get LOTS of business on this app again. Either that, or reviving the Joey Pets as regular

This game is great! It’s fun and really cute but when I try to log into my animal jam account it says “cannot connect to servers please try again” but no matter how many times I try to log in it just says that If you could please tell me how to fix this I would appreciate it. That’s all! :}

Three years ago, I when I got this app, it was fully functional. Now, you can’t log in at all OR transfer Gems and the pet joey to your account(s). If I were you, I’d wait until this issue is fixed. -Person who loves Animal Jam

I used to have Sooo much fun with this game! This is a great game and such a cool concept! I know that this is an older game, but I wish it was compatible with Animal Jam Play wild! I don’t really have access to a computer and would love to transfer my things on my account but it just doesn’t work ☹️

The game itself isnt bad, but i cant connect to my animal jam account, dont matter how much i try, i only got this game for the gems and the kangaroo pet, not a game i plan to keep if i cant log in to my aj account

It's fun in all, but this used to be better. It no longer lets me log into my account so I can transfer gems. You guys made me pay $2 for this app for it to be bugged out? I'm saddened by this. If anyone even has control over this app anymore, please fix this. I wasted money...I'm disappointed.

The game works in itself but I can’t transfer gems to my account. That’s the whole point of why I bought it.

The idea of the game is amazing! You pay two dollars then you can play to earn a pet baby Joey and earn gems. However, I can’t seem to sign in to my animal jam account. Every time I try it says, “timed out try again.” And for my sister she did sign in but nothing will transfer to her account. And the same thing happened to my friends.
