Aktivate App Reviews

Great app to sync up student athletes, parents and coaches. It’s a good start to sync everyone up but the coach has to follow up to see if students and parents get invites to the team. I cannot get notifications to work at all so I have to check the app all the time. It’s somewhat intuitive but has no clear user instructions, just gotta figure it out.

I can log into Aktivate via the website, but the app wants you to log in using a phone number, but putting the phone number attached to my account does not work. You should be able to log into the app using the same credentials as the website. That would be greatly appreciated.

***SAME*** Created acct online but can’t login on the app; isn’t recognizing my #, which I entered while creating the account 😡😡😡

Love that I’m able to see athlete eligibility status. So much easier now.

I use this app to stay up to date with what is going on with my son’s school soccer team. Before we switched to aktivate I was tracking messages across text, email and other apps. Now it’s all in here it’s so much easier. Plus it’s pretty easy to use and looks good too!

I started an account on my computer using an email address. When you download the app, it wants you to sign in using a phone number. All of my contact info is in my account. Why doesn’t it sync and have the same method of login?

Come on fix this already! it’s ridiculous that it’s asking for phone number to sign in but doesn’t recognize that it’s linked to an account
