Who else but Alaska would bring my sweatshirt to the plane!

I really appreciate Alaska going nonstop to Seattle from Charleston. Great airline.

I love the interface and information presented. However, after checking in, I was not able to add my e-tickets for myself and my partner in Apple Wallet. Tried following instructions using different internet connection on iPhone but nothing worked. Please conduct usability/back end testing to fix this problem. Thx, Trevor

I want to thank Judy from Boise for helping me book a flight to attend my father’s funeral. Dad dies yesterday and the funeral is on May 2, 2024. I was having difficulty finding something affordable but Judy helped me use my frequent flyer miles. She was very kind and that took one burden from my shoulders. I’m in my 60s and not thrilled to need an app to do what I for so long did competently without a cell phone. Still, if I have to be enslaved by technology, at least it’s easy to use and pretty self explanatory.

We find that service is always the best, flights are on time and planes clean and comfortable!

I can’t get a seat assignment. It’s ridiculous that the ticket has been paid for a month ago.

Very disappointed that I paid for a lounge plus membership in January 2024, and now it is not showing in the Alaska App and I can’t access the lounge on my trip.
