I am loving the features of the new app and everything is so easy to find

I have never had a problem with flights or baggage plus the employees are always easy to work with and the flight attendants are all great too! This is my favorite airline company and now that they are merged my 2nd favorite is part of them too!

We have been Alaska customers for over 30 years We are loyal for many reasons but first and foremost is the real person service. Both on the plane and on the ground. Thank you Alaska air.

There is no other airline but Alaska. When I travel and get asked by the Uber driver, “which airline”. I reply in surprised “Alaska - I did not know there were other airlines in Seattle

This app makes the stress of traveling just go away!!!

Due to the computer system issues on 7/19 my original flight with another airline was cancelled. I immediately called Alaska Airlines and was able to book a flight to Anchorage so I didn’t miss a chance to photograph brown bears. Thanks Alaska Airlines for the great service.

I am so impressed with the service I’ve received. I’ve had to change these flight several times and coordinate with our son’s flights. Your staff on the phone so incredibly helpful and patient and downright kind. I can speak the same for the on board service as well. I love the interface and information presented. However, after checking in, I was not able to add my e-tickets for myself and my partner in Apple Wallet. Tried following instructions using different internet connection on iPhone but nothing worked. Please conduct usability/back end testing to fix this problem. Thx, Trevor

Love Alaska Airlines!

I want to thank Judy from Boise for helping me book a flight to attend my father’s funeral. Dad dies yesterday and the funeral is on May 2, 2024. I was having difficulty finding something affordable but Judy helped me use my frequent flyer miles. She was very kind and that took one burden from my shoulders. I’m in my 60s and not thrilled to need an app to do what I for so long did competently without a cell phone. Still, if I have to be enslaved by technology, at least it’s easy to use and pretty self explanatory.

We find that service is always the best, flights are on time and planes clean and comfortable!

What a pain to log in, over 90 minutes waiting to talk to someone. How can I get my account #, when I can’t sign in when you change from mileage plan to atmos plan…?

I booked four seats for our family to sit together and mine was “upgraded” to the front of the plane without notification or approval, and I was not able to sit with my family. What is the purpose of pre-selecting seats if they do not honor them.

I can’t get a seat assignment. It’s ridiculous that the ticket has been paid for a month ago.

Very disappointed that I paid for a lounge plus membership in January 2024, and now it is not showing in the Alaska App and I can’t access the lounge on my trip.
